A Cascade View Bed And Breakfast in Bellevue

Beautiful, hidden gem. Incredible connection between the indoors and towering evergreens of the PNW. Tall, wide windows let in abundance of natural light.

The hosts are the most hospitable, kind, and welcoming I've come across in the region. Highly recommend. And a prime location, with quick access to amenities, freeways, and incredible views.

Absolutely beautiful B&B run by a lovely family. We stayed for 2 nights in July in the Rose Room. Felt like staying with an aunt. Exactly what a B&B experience ought to be.

I went to spend time with a work colleague for some rest and relaxation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and conversation! I loved looking around the property and home full of photographs and artwork! We also took advantage of the walking path to the state park!

The A Cascade View is tucked away in a neighborhood in Bellevue. The B&B is surrounded by a small oasis of green. We stayed in the Garden Room. It is spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice siting area. It overlooks the beautiful garden that Marianne planted herself. Marianne is effervescent, warm and inviting. She and Bill made our stay a home away from home. We enjoyed the conversations with Marianne and Bill while eating the wonderful breakfasts. As we ate, we watched the hummingbirds, Juncos, and woodpeckers swarm the bird feeders on her deck. When we come back to Seattle, we will definitely stay here again.

So if you are looking for the traditional things like location, amenities and food in a bed and breakfast you will be well served. My girlfriend and I visited Seattle for one week and Bellevue is a great place to stay to explore the area. The room we stayed in was very nice and quite comfortable. And the breakfasts that Marianne cooked were very good.
However, there is something that makes staying at A Cascade View Bed and Breakfast special and it is Marianne and Bill (and Django, their dog!). Having stayed at numerous bed and breakfasts over the years the hosts are invariably pleasant and make you feel welcome; however, staying with Marianne and Bill is like staying with family from the time you first meet. If you enjoy spending time with interesting and truly wonderful people then you will not be disappointed lingering at breakfast talking with Bill about his time in the Merchant Marine and as a pilot on Puget Sound and Marianne about her time as a radio host and her classical piano lessons (and we were treated to a preview of her recital the day before we left). If you are the type of person who travels and likes to meet people then staying at A Cascade View Bed and Breakfast will just add to your trip as it definitely did to ours. Just leave yourself extra time in your schedule so you are not rushed in spending time talking and chatting with these wonderful hosts (and playing with Django!).

My wife and I just returned home from our visit to the Seattle area. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at A Cascade View Bed and Breakfast. Marianne and Bill are marvelous hosts. Their home is very warm and comfortable, with plenty of space both inside and outside to sit and relax. The surrounding yard and garden is amazing. Marianne prepared a wonderful breakfast, different each morning that we were there. The home is located in Bellevue, with easy access to downtown Seattle. We loved visiting with Marianne and Bill each morning. Thank you Marianne and Bill for making us feel welcome and for your hospitality.

The breakfast Marianne makes is delicious. Very organic. They raise their own chickens so the eggs are as fresh as they come. We will definitely be returning in the summer to see their backyard in full bloom.

A Cascade View was the home away from home I needed. Marianne's garden is curated with intention and love. Each room feels quaint and inviting. The breakfast: a daily delight! Whether coming from out of town or seeking a PNW staycation, I highly recommend Cascade View for its charm and even more for its charming hosts!
