This motel is gross! We pulled into the parking lot and a rat ran in front of our truck! Now we have seen rats in the area including in federal way and in Lynwood it is still off putting! We got into our room and even tho it looked clean, we were awaken in the middle of the night with cockroaches crawling in the bed and in the bathroom! We shook out our stuff and got out of there! This place looks like it rents by the hour! Doesn’t deserve any stars but 0 isn’t available!

We had trouble finding affordable accommodations, but found the Quality Inn offering what we were looking for (Eastside, good beds, pets allowed), but booked non-refundable without checking reviews first. After seeing the reviews we were quite worried, but the bad reviews turned out to be not doing justice to the place. Yes, it is not the Waldorf Astoria, but you won't be spending Waldorf Astoria money here. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a few restaurants at walking distance.

A pleasant stay. Nothing fancy, but very clean. Large room. Friendly staff at check in. Not much in the way of breakfast (but we knew that when we made our reservation). Location was great - quiet, but close to “Seattle stuff” and to the highway to get out to the National Parks the next day. Good stay.

Reception was friendly and helpful. In the room, the sink is separated from the bathroom which is convenient if staying with multiple people. The downside was the AC unit turning on may bother the person closest to it throughout the night.

Clean rooms, quiet. Nice place to stay with food and coffee close by (if you choose to not have their breakfast, or wake up to late for their breakfast)

Good hotel. Average room for a double queen bed. Next to McDonald's and freeways. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working as I had lots of luggage. Internet doesn't work.

Sadly, Days Inn may want to reconsider being associated with this property. I've never walked out of a hotel before, but after checking in, before getting to the room, internet was down, elevator was broken, holes in the ceiling in hallway, foul odors. Then I got to the room. More of the same kind of thing in there. They were good about cancelling my reservation. I hope to see a full refund by tomorrow. I found a great place 1/4 mile down the road, silver cloud hotel, MUCH better, 10 bucks more per night.

The staff was friendly and the bed was relatively comfortable. The shower had either hot burn your skin off water or it had like warm/cold. The wall had holes in it and the headboard to the bed was filthy. A little extra cleaning and some repairs and this place could get a better review. In all not to bad for an inexpensive hotel

This hotel/motel was one of the worst experiences. I stayed for one night. I stayed on the 3rd floor. When i got off the elevator there was a door smashed in and a fire extinguisher holder with all the glass broken. After using the towels in the room I noticed large red stains (looked like blood) on the towels. The young girl at the desk was the only one there at 8pm at night. She was unable to bring me clean towels. Why was there no staff to provide clean towels? There was no way to plug the tub for a bath and the shower stopper almost came out of the wall when I pulled on it. When I went to the front desk in the morning to hopefully talk to a manager there was another young person who simply shrugged when I reported the horrible towels. I filled out some information but have heard nothing from a manager to apologize for this. Absolutely no consideration for customer satisfaction. I will never stay here again.

Raw chicken in my sourdough grill chicken sandwich today. Got it on my thirty minute lunch break, so I couldn't take it back. I work graveyard and the only other places are 7 eleven or the grocery store. This location according to friends, is consistently not done well. The curly fries were perfect and the other chicken sandwich had to be warmed up. I don't get fast food just to have to cook it myself. Raw chicken is nothing to play with. Simolila! Hello!

Could I make a small suggestion? I think that hiring someone to work the counter and take orders who doesn't sound like he's got his mouth full of cotton balls may be a thing to consider. This home skillet talks about as loud as a mouse in church and can't pronounce a word at that.

It may be better during the day, but late night I have had horrible waiting times where there will be only four or five cars before me and yet I waited over 45 minutes after ordering to finally pay for and receive my order. And the people's orders in front of me were only one bag of food so nothing extraordinary in my thinking to create such a back up. No explanation was given for the delay (i.e. short on staff, tech problem/machines down, etc.) nor any notice when I ordered as to the fact there would be a prolonged wait. I made a mental note not to have a midnight run at this branch anymore for that reason.

The owner and employees treat customers like they are an inferior race and extremely prejudiced against any and all customers.

The location could probably use a face lift, but it is the closest DQ to the Bellevue area when you are craving a blizzard. Used to another be DQ on 8th street where the new fancy shopping center / steak house / gym.

Gave me something I didn't order; didn't take it or pay for it. Ordered two Blizzards made with chocolate ice cream (told him twice) and they made them with vanilla. Felt sorry for the young man taking my order at a busy time- he needed a lot more practice.

They carry gluten-free bread here! I love that I can have sub sandwiches again. Employees were nice but made foot-long when I had asked for 6-inch. The sandwiches were tasty.

They ripped me off. I paid 10$ for my sandwich which I thought was weird because it's usually less but paid anyway.... after I paid the lady behind me (who had an even more complex sandwich) paid only 6$ for hers.... extremely upset over the fact that the employees made me pay an amount that they made up

Absolutely garbage location !!!
After assuming I want it toasted they had to remove the meat from the bread than heat iup !!! After the o e part u can't screw up the condiments ! She proceeded to wrap gte sandwich and crush it to the point t it fell apart while eating !! Then to Top it off she tries to act like I didn't see the giant aigne saying the price for the daily combo tried charging me standard $ then when given my change it was sloppily tossed in my hand. I'm glad my hard earn money is worthy of a thank u here is your change !!! Maybe if I spoke the same language as what they were all talking behind the food line or plaing loudly in the back room !
