A good impression forms almost straight away. The reception team were warm, capable, and attentive, making arrival feel effortless from the start. The room was spotless and quietly comfortable, breakfast was simple but clearly prepared with care, and the peaceful surroundings made restful sleep come easily. What stands out most, though, is the value. The standard of comfort and attention feels noticeably above what the price suggests, which makes this place easy to recommend and even easier to return to.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed so far in US. If you travel with family and have kids then this place is perfect for you. The room is really big and they have the sink outside which is easy to wash or clean something, microwave and mini bridge, big bed, comfort sofa and nice breakfast

Mary is absolutely amazing. She is such a delight and very professional. The hotel is a little bit older but it’s extremely clean and quiet. I travel every week for work, 15 states. I highly recommend. The hotel itself could use a facelift but the water pressure on the 4th floor makes up for anything wrong. It’s so good, I’m pretty sure it washed away all of my life sins. Imagine standing at the end of a firehose. 10/10 no complaints after the water pressure.

This hotel has all the necessities for a nice stay. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The room with two queen beds- spacious. Breakfast had all the things- hot and cold. Wish there was a restaurant on site. The front desk staff were great! Housekeeping could use a chat about cleaning guests rooms during their stay as ours wasn’t cleaned, but front desk staff helped make it right. I appreciate an every other day cleaning at least. Location great for Bellevue business trips. Will definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to right off I-90. James at the front desk was helpful with his knowledge of the area. There is a secure parking garage under the hotel and the outside parking spaces almost all say compact. My king room is spacious and has all of the amenities. I would stay here again if working in the area.

Excellent experience for ADA wheelchair traveler. We decided late to drive over the night before from Kennewick for our Harborview Medical appointment the next day in Seattle (note: it only took 20 minutes to get to Harborview from this hotel). I called the hotel directly at 10:22 p.m. from a stop in Issaquah looking for a wheelchair accessible room. The front desk worked with us to get a great wheelchair accessible room at a reasonable price for a last-minute reservation and last-minute limited options. The check-in experience was wonderful, including getting the wheelchair into the hotel (it was a covered entry, so we didn't get wet when we arrived). The front desk was so helpful and friendly. The room was huge, and we greatly appreciated the ADA wheelchair accessible bathroom. There was great space to move in the room and the suite kitchen area (it was either this room or the jacuzzi tub room left that night last-minute that was ADA accessible). The king bed was huge and comfortable. We did use the raised tub shower, and there were plenty of grab bars.
Breakfast was very good and held in the restaurant area, so there was good seating, and my husband could wheel his wheelchair around to get items.
We were able to check out at noon so we could drive directly to Harborview for our appointment. I do want to mention the secure parking garage directly under the hotel with good handicap parking and elevator access. This was very wonderful since it was raining hard that morning, and we did not have to get the wheelchair (and my husband) wet. We will be booking in advance for our next Harborview Medical appointment.

Great hotel only 15 minutes from Seattle. Spacious room with a really comfortable King bed. Fridge was cold when I arrived which was nice. AC worked and room had a microwave. Bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom with tub/shower combo. I would stay here again over staying in Seattle. The price was great, parking was free and it includes breakfast.

Very nice hotel right off of I-90. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and beds were very comfortable. I am docking a star due to the staff charging me an extra $4/bottle of water. I am a diamond member and I stay at Best Western around 60 nights per year. I have never stayed at a hotel that has charged me for more water. I just felt nickel and dimed.

Had stay here for three nights . Front desk staffs(two gentlemen) are nice and great people every time I walk by. One of the gentleman assigned us a room that is not facing the Highway. Thank you for that. Breakfast is average: waffles, egg, sausage or bacon. I’m not happy with the coffee: taste weird. Parking is sufficient, however the each space is tight. House keeping was great until I found out a golden hair on my pillowcase(but I guess it happens when using dryers) . I feel safe staying here. Overall a not bad stay, minor issues.

This place is a great overflow spot for L'il Jon's on a Sunday morning. Absolutely great coffee. The breakfast menu is great as well.

Very slow service and the gyros were actually really good but I love stuffed mushrooms and I wouldn't ever order those again. Staff did compensate for the extended wait so that was good

Great local spot for a quick bite during happy hour or for dinner. Bartenders are friendly and the food is consistently good. Fish & chips are my standard go-to at Nine O. Dont be turned off by the location (in a hotel) stop in and give it a chance. Outdoor patio is a bonus esp now that the weather is ah-mazing. Cheers.

We came in here at about 10pm on Sunday. It was quiet but we enjoyed that part of it.
The bartender was great! Very personable and sweet female who mixes a delicious drink!
I must say that it wasn't very professional of the chef who decided to come out and complain in public.
The pizza wasn't our favorite but it's pizza, lol.

Yet ANOTHER OK Indian restaurant in the Bel-Red area. Where are the GOOD ones? Mutter paneer, mostly tasteless. Veg. Biryani VERY HOT, to the point of distracting from the flavor. The rice in the kheer had been chopped, or ground or something, and the dish itself was tasteless. Gulab jamuns were tasteless. The service was good, but the food was just average. Nothing overly good. (Marks THIS one off the list).

Great restaurant ! Very good service and very friendly staff. They even serve free tea while you are waiting for your table.

They carry gluten-free bread here! I love that I can have sub sandwiches again. Employees were nice but made foot-long when I had asked for 6-inch. The sandwiches were tasty.

They ripped me off. I paid 10$ for my sandwich which I thought was weird because it's usually less but paid anyway.... after I paid the lady behind me (who had an even more complex sandwich) paid only 6$ for hers.... extremely upset over the fact that the employees made me pay an amount that they made up

Absolutely garbage location !!!
After assuming I want it toasted they had to remove the meat from the bread than heat iup !!! After the o e part u can't screw up the condiments ! She proceeded to wrap gte sandwich and crush it to the point t it fell apart while eating !! Then to Top it off she tries to act like I didn't see the giant aigne saying the price for the daily combo tried charging me standard $ then when given my change it was sloppily tossed in my hand. I'm glad my hard earn money is worthy of a thank u here is your change !!! Maybe if I spoke the same language as what they were all talking behind the food line or plaing loudly in the back room !
