Im there a few times a month, the new owners Staff are fantastic people they are definitely a vibe!

The room was fairly clean, but very outdated. Not enough pillows, two pillows per bed doesn't work for three guests. There were not enough towels, as having only two towels for three guests doesn't work—no cups or soaps, lotions in the bathroom. Although there was a coffee pot, there was no coffee, no tea, no packets of sugar. Not one of the listed or included room amenities was available. Breakfast was not much to speak of, no fruit, warm yogurt and sour milk.

I was very upset to come in after prepaying for my room to dee a hand written note that said they charge $250 for a deposit. This wasn't posted anywhere when I booked the room. I also booked the specific place because it had a pool. My daughter and I walked down and again thre was a hand wrotten note that the pool was closed for cleaning, not a huge deal as there was supposed to be an hour before check out to swim, we went down there and still sign on the door, asked the front desk and they just said oh, sorry they are behind and it won't be done for a while yet.

Ironing board cover was nasty. Pool looked foggy and not clean, no hair dryer in room. And unexpected $100 deposit.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Updating was in progress, and it was definitely needed. Pool room is in need of repairs, but the water was fantastically warm. Lighting in the bathroom was an issue. Overall, ok.

Bathroom floor was sticky and drink fountain in pool area was filthy as was the wall by the hot tub in the pool area. There was also black mold on the shelf in the bath tub.

Breakfast was clean & wonderful.. but an unexpectedly & unnecessary room change was demanded in middle of reservation. Very inconvenient. Had it been mentioned or organized @chech in it could have been done much easier. Or avoiding - why would they ask someone with two pets to move rooms in the middle of a reservation for a carpet cleaning when it didn’t even commence the day it was scheduled.

I stayed for two nights and was supposed to get our room cleaned. Came back and it wasn’t serviced. I had to go to the front desk to replace my towels for the room.

We loved everything in the hotel. Lovely room and we loved the room and bed. We also loved the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend didn't want to leave the hot tub.
