Quality Inn in Milwaukee

Horrible blood stained sheets , broken toilet ,tv stoped working ,no filters for coffee pot in room , no free breakfast , no maid service ,left a day early was horrible , noisy neighbors two in morning

Horrible customer service! Told us our rooms weren’t ready when we got there. So we came back late, even got a call that they were going to cancel our reservations even though they charged all 4 rooms! Once getting into our room noticed no towels. Dirty room. Hair everywhere. No Kleenex, half a roll of toilet paper, toilet dirty. Phone in room was disconnected. So had to go to front desk to request our money back. I have lots of pictures to prove how nasty this room was. The guy at the front desk told us to sit down wait because we were getting a return on credit card . Told us is bad business for us to be standing in front of the desk and to sit down! Last thing we wanted to do was sit anywhere since the whole place was dirty. Even dirty sheets in our room. Pillow cases stained as well. Outside there was so much garbage , do your do diligence to clean up the place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and that bad! Very bad reputation for quality inn!! And by the way it has a different name on the outside of the hotel. Wasn’t even sure we were in the right place at first!!! Very disgusting!! Zero zero zero star for this place!!

This should NOT be a Choice hotel. There were piles of garbage bags and dirty towels and sheets lining the hallways. I asked for more towels and was told there were none because there was a national hotel towel shortage. WHAT? The toilet in our room would not flush. The room was relatively clean and we did not want to risk moving to another dirty room so we opted to jimmy it around to get it to flush. When we asked for a maintenance guy, we were told none were available. There was no breakfast available, even though it was advertised. NEVER will we stay here again.

They're understaffed and it took a long time waiting at the front desk to check in. There were a few other guests waiting at the desk as well having problems they needed help with. We checked in and went to our room and realized immediately that the AC was broken. When went back down to the desk, waited while other guests tried to get their own problems sorted out, and told them the issue, but they just told us we were using the thermostat wrong. We go back up to the room and try messing with the thermostat a bit more, but it's obviously busted. We had to have the front desk person come into the room for him to realize that the AC isn't going to work. We had to be moved to another room. In that room, the shower had no hot water. We tried calling the front desk from our rooms but the phone didn't work. After going down and telling the front desk, we were told that the shower faucet is just flipped and hot means cold and cold means hot. Also, the sheets and walls are paper thin, the mattress is awful, and the place smells like cigarettes.
I know it's supposed to be a value hotel, but it is very overpriced considering what you get for your money. You're better off spending a little more literally anywhere else.

Not the best place. Room's aren't clean. Looked like mascara on the pillow case. Pillow was cleaner then the case. Bathtub had hair and some other stuff on the bottom of tub, it wouldn't drain. Pulled a hairball out of the drain. No tissue, looks like it never got vacuumed. Trash all over the parking lot. Flower beds are full of weed's.definitly needs updating.

Main entrance very small, takes a while for the door to open not good for emergencies. Breakfast sucked, waffle machine and juice machine wasn't working. When telling them they said they already knew no out of order sign on them. Tv reception sucked! Kept breaking up then there were times when it wouldn't even come in. They never even cleaned our room. Would have liked the floor vaccumed garbage emptied and more soaps for our stay. Only good thing was the bed, very comfy! We were thinking about just driving home that night, and just pay for not staying.

carpets are stained, the chips crumbs in the hallway stayed in the same spot for the duration of our stay. The sheets look like they been there since WW2.
Granted they are doing renovations in the lobby, but the whole place needs to be renovated. Everyone there looks like a character that we can base a sitcom on (The hotel struggles).
