Sarhad Hotel in Bukhara

I love this hotel. All staff especially the owner is so kind and professional. They are so kind and helped when I were trouble situations. They suffered lovely Breakfast.That's why I recommend this hotel. Thank you all members oh Sarhad!!

I had a wonderful stay. The most beautiful room I experienced in Uzbekistan. The hotel is built around a central open courtyard, with rooms on all sides. When you step out of your room, you’re on a balcony overlooking the space, facing the other rooms across the way. It gives the whole place a really calm, traditional feel.

What truly made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, getting us water at night, arranging something for us to eat before a late departure, and helping organize a taxi. His son also helps run the place and he's really kind, diligent and attentive

Breakfast was also very enjoyable, served in a bright and welcoming room that made mornings feel relaxed and pleasant.

Overall, a warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

It's quite close to the airport, about a 20-minute drive, making it a nice hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are unique and fun, so you won't get bored even with multiple visits.

The mattress was quite firm, but it was very comfortable to sleep on. The split air conditioning system heated the room well during the cold March of 2026.

The hotel entrance is quite small, and the hotel itself isn't large, only three floors in total. However, its location is excellent. You can walk to the '20 Wooden Pillars' in just 5 minutes, and all the major attractions like the castle, Four-Column Mosque, and minaret are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy, having just opened last year. The room size isn't too small, but the bed is genuinely tiny, though long! 😂 It's probably only about one meter wide. The service is good; they proactively help with luggage and such. I think it offers pretty good value for money. You can add an extra breakfast for 20 RMB, which includes fried eggs, coffee, bread, and fruit. While there isn't a huge variety, it's enough to fill you up.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is great. The overall facilities are also very satisfactory. However, be careful with navigation – they have two addresses, so make sure you don't go to the wrong one.

This hotel just opened in 2025, so the facilities and decor are brand new. It's only a 5-minute walk to Boro Houses and the ancient castle. The owner was incredibly welcoming. When they found out I had an early morning train to Khiva the next day, they specifically told the front desk to prepare a breakfast bag for me, which was a really thoughtful touch! The only minor drawback was that there was only one bottle in the shower – I wasn't sure if it was for shampoo or body wash, so I just used it for both.

We had a truly beautiful experience staying here and it makes us sad that we only got to stay for one night in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the owner welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine care. They constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. It did not feel like staying at a hotel at all, it felt like being welcomed by a family waiting for you away from home.

The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Every small detail showed how much they truly care about their guests.

This place left such a special impression on us and we are already looking forward to coming back. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bukhara who wants not just a place to sleep, but a genuinely warm and memorable experience. ✨

The hotel design is great. We booked a twin room, however, the bed is too hard and each bed only has one pillow. It would be great to provide shampoo and conditioner in the shower.
Breakfast is the best compared to all the hotels we stayed during Uzbekistan.
