Darvozai Samarkand Boutique Hotel in Samarkand

We had a fantastic stay in this guesthouse and the warmest welcome ever.
All the family is simply amazing and the middle boy is smart and incredibly competent for his age (12). They helped us , the other guests and also tourists they met on the morning of the triathlon race when all the roads were closed.
We will always remember their spontaneous hospitality and their kindness.

The hosts here are amazing people. They are very kind. We got stuck in Samarkand because a race was on and they closed all the roads. They noticed that we were distressed and invited us into their guesthouse to relax until the roads opened again. If you stay here, I can guarantee that you will stay with very kind, welcoming and helpful people. Thank you for your hospitality! :)

This was without doubt my best experience in a guest house in Samarkand. The house and every room was very tastefully designed with obvious passion.
Cleaning was continuous and impeccable.
The family owns the place is simply wonderful! This ensured that I always felt at home.
I sincerely hope to be able to return very soon.

This is a very nice place: The rooms and rest of the hotel are very clean and in great shape. It is a very quiet location, but not too far from the city center. And the hosts (English speaking) are extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitively recommend it.

By far our favorite stay in Uzbekistan. This family run hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has big, comfortable rooms, amazing AC, and the most helpful [English speaking] hosts you could ask for. The breakfast was delicious, too! Thanks for making our time in Samarkand so pleasant- hope to visit again soon. Keep up the amazing service!

+ Not far away in a walking distance(15 min) there is a heart of Samarkand – Registan Square We were offered a free breakfast on a indoor terrace with a tea, homemade jam and fluffy pancakes(oladushki) Comfortable separated beds, clean linen and lots of blankets for request. private clean and shiny bathroom with shower The owner showed us that the walls are made with eco-materials – clay and wheat(?) and it saved warm and comfortable temperature. Awesome value for money and experience in Samarkand Nice windows with a view to the terrace and trees and indoors garden. Room had a National culture things – pillows to sit on the floor and a family silver-like chest. Pretty authentic. Clean room and bathroom, nice amenities Generous owners (nice family) We came at the place late and the owner met us and offered a ride He helped us to settle up and told about late food deliveries, brought us tea Very polite and helpful, the next day I lost a son card and ask him to found it later and he found it!
