Authentic Charm in the Heart of Samarkand
If you are looking for a stay that feels like a true immersion into Uzbekistan culture, Kamila Boutique Hotel is a gem. The design and vibe are beautifully authentic, making you feel the rich history of Samarkand from the moment you step inside.

The Highlights:
Unbeatable Location: You are literally steps away from the iconic Registan Square. It’s so convenient to just walk over and enjoy the sights at any time of day.

Stunning Rooftop: The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace. It is clean, peaceful, and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding historic architecture. It's the perfect spot to unwind.

Spacious & Clean Rooms: Unlike many boutique hotels, the rooms here are surprisingly spacious and kept in excellent condition.

Delicious Breakfast: The morning spread is fantastic! A variety of delicious, fresh options that give you the perfect energy boost for a day of exploring.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting a high-quality, authentic experience in Samarkand!

The location is excellent, very close to the Registan and other interesting places. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was varied and delicious. However, the room was not clean, and we even found hair from previous guests on the floor. Our room had two windows, but both faced the wall of a neighboring building, making it very dark. In addition, there was ongoing construction work, so we were unable to relax after a long overnight flight.

The hotel is well located and rooms are big but kind of dirty. The mattresses are terrible and feel like sleeping on a wooden board. Customer service is also pretty deficient (they overbooked and did not take any responsibility on it). Comparing pros and cons I would avoid it. It has good possibilities but it’s terribly managed.

This hotel has many strong points. 1) Registan Square is a 5-minute walk away. 2) Immediate cleaning, comfortable room, large bathroom, super comfy bed and pillows, and a top-notch breakfast! Local produce, just the right mix of sweet and savory. Recommended.

It was a terrible experience . We spent two nights . The air conditioning did not work at all. The laundry was not returned with in 24 hours and it was still wet . They also mixed up my laundry with another guest’s laundry . The front desk staff are generally missing most of the time . When they are present , they are very cold and unwelcoming . This is probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was not cleaned -unlike normal practice in most hotels . I beg you not to stay here .

Excellent accommodation, a small pleasant hotel, attentive staff. Large room, good plumbing and furniture. There is room for improvement in breakfasts. Now the choice is quite extensive, but cold, except for coffee from the coffee machine. The selection can be reduced, but the egg should be warm, it would be good to have porridge, more than one type of jam (in such and such a country!) by reducing the types of olives, hot flatbreads/crumpets, milk is freely available (it is available, but you need to ask). There is a very good restaurant nearby with very democratic prices - further down the street - behind the neighboring hotel.

+ Just behind the Registan, but it takes 5-10minutes walk because need to detour.
- Noise of the reception area, corridor is heard, directly. When I check in at 7:00AM, no body was there. I asked restaurant person to wake up the person in charge. it took 20minutes. I sent an email to get confirmation of "early check in", but no reply was received, then that service was not available.

I made my reservation weeks in advance.
When I arrived they told me that they were oversold so placed me in a very small room without air conditioning (I had requested a room with a deluxe king bed and AC).
When we spoke the next day about any possible compensation, discount or refund they refused. The location of the hotel is very good, the accommodation of the rooms is also good and the breakfast too.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
Due to the bad experience I would not return.
They don’t accept credit cards.

This is NOT a hotel boutique. No water is provided. The staff was constantly sleeping or on their phones in reception, and then they stood up quickly every time they saw us, which made it uncomfortable. They did our laundry but absolutely everything was wet when we got it back. Breakfast is not served on the terrace as they advertise. We had to ask them to clean the room and for toilet paper. It would be better if they promote it as a guest house, not a hotel boutique. The only good things are the location and the size of the room

GOOD - the first breakfast is quite plentiful. yes, really no frills and simple for this price...., but the choice is for every taste, we tried almost everything offered and never remembered or regretted what we ate, in a word for a "boutique hotel" it is acceptable, but for the cost of accommodation most likely the view from our "deluxe" room did not measure up, from all three windows really to the Registan, the wires were a little in the way, ... but where in the East without them))) Indeed, there is an exit to the roof veranda and the view from it is excellent, but again, given the weather, its advantages, and especially breakfast were ... irrelevant. Attentive staff, requests for a cooler (just before our arrival the temperature dropped so much that a heater was needed), tea, etc. were immediately fulfilled BADLY - in our opinion, insufficient cleaning of the room, i.e. again for such a price it should be better (there is something to compare with because we lived in hotels in Bukhara and Tashkent). Upon check-in we found some accessories missing according to the declared 3 stars, however after mentioning this they immediately provided everything. The bathroom was disappointing... some tiles were missing!!! and the overall condition was rated at a 3, nothing more. There was no one else at the hotel for the second breakfast except us and it felt like they fed us whatever they had... and for some reason there was no milk..?? The hotel itself does not look old, ..... the furniture looks older) In a word, it is still a 2 star hotel and it is necessary to bring the requests and offer into line. The hotel is not worth $80 per day.
