Revel Hotel in Tashkent

Unfortunately, we didn't choose this hotel ourselves; it was suggested to us because another hotel cancelled our reservation three days before check-in.
Pros: close to the airport, clean bathroom fixtures and linens, comfortable beds. Slippers, brushes, and a kettle are provided.
Everything else was disappointing. They only provide one towel. There's no sink in the bathroom. The shower curtain is high, so water runs all the way to the toilet.
The room is poorly cleaned; there's dirt and dust between the nightstand and the bed.
Breakfast is meager; one person cuts vegetables and bread, washes dishes, and cooks. There are only six tables, and they're never wiped down.
I'm very disappointed; I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating. I wouldn't go there myself.

A Complete Scam — Be Very Careful Before Booking

This place is a total misrepresentation of what’s shown online. The photos on Booking.com and other sites look decent — not luxury, but clean and affordable. In reality, I was given a tiny basement room that felt more like a storage closet with a bed. There were no windows, no private bathroom, no toilet, not even a sink, despite the listing clearly showing otherwise when I booked.

The room was extremely hot, with no ventilation or window, and it was almost impossible to breathe or sleep. It felt suffocating. There was only one shared bathroom and toilet for the entire floor, which was never mentioned beforehand.

To make things worse, the hotel is located in an industrial area, far from anything charming or convenient.

I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. This is not just disappointing — it’s dishonest. Don’t be fooled by the photos.

Very bad experience. No basic things are available. No washbasin or proper shower. Not recommended.
