Excellent location, everything is clean, cleaning is done regularly, breakfast is of course very mediocre, but it was enough to leave full.

We stayed for a couple of days in November 2025.
Everything was fine: polite staff, delicious breakfast, warmth, a good bed, and we could find a movie to watch on the TV. After checking out, we left our luggage in storage. One major drawback was the strong smell coming from the sewer in the room. We could have ventilated it, but the days were quite cold (with freezing temperatures at night), and the room quickly cooled down.
The breakfast buffet was quite decent, but there was no dairy at all, although the dairy products in Tashkent are generally very good.

A simple, basic hotel. It's located in a residential area, surrounded by private houses. It's a 30-minute walk to Tashkent City and a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. We left the hotel at 5 a.m.; at our request, they made sandwiches for the road instead of breakfast.

The room was on the first floor, not very large but sufficient, and basically all the amenities were provided, including basic toiletries, towels, slippers, bottled water, etc. The air conditioning had both heating and cooling functions, although there was a brief power outage in the middle of the night. Breakfast was served at 7:00 AM, convenient for catching the train. The food wasn't as plentiful as in the pictures, but it met basic needs, including bread, sausages, eggs, vegetables, and fruits. The receptionist was very friendly and communicated fluently in English. When checking out the next morning, the receptionist, though tired from working all night, still promptly helped prepare the white slip and confirmed the train station location; I was very grateful to him.

lengthend my stay and took.anotger night at Human hotel. During my next trip to Tashkent, I will for sure book accomadation for the full length of my stay here. Beat hotel stayed at so.far and breakfast boffet is great.

Room is clean and nice cooling system

Have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 because after coming back home we discovered missing clothes, which was taken by cleaners and hotel staff refused to collaborate and do anything about it. My husband and I wanted to ship extra luggage by post and forgot a bag with NEW BRAND clothes on the floor. Cleaners were cleaning our room on that day and they took my bag (they said they threw it away but I don't believe them). It was 4 days before our check-in. We are really disappointed that managers ignored our problem and unlikely will be staying at Human Hotel next year.

Very comfortable, clean, smoke-free. The room is quiet and spacious. Included breakfast (buffet) a variety of food for breakfast. Very tasty. Coffee maker (latte, cappuccino) coffee original. Tea of various types. It is noticeable that they are trying very hard to create the best conditions for their Guests. Friendly helpful staff.
