We spent a night at this quite new hotel before we went back home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport (but within 10 km there is a lot other) and due to its very good prices for a really good hotel.

Great value hotel, I had an excellent experience. It's newly built, rooms are clean. I would recommend the hotel to add a shelf at the mirror in the bathroom as there is no room for make-up, toiletries, etc. I didn't have a mini-fridge in the room, also would be great to add. To get to the hotel by bus, take bus number 45 from the international airport or bus number 55 from Amir Square or Tashkent Station, and the bus stop is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean, but like past reviews (which I wish I read prior), there was only a community sink on our floor, there's none within the room. Also, the floors are lined with marble/stone throughout, it can get pretty noisy. Voices and other sounds can reverberate nonstop.

The breakfast was great, especially for Chinese palates. Even though the owner wasn't on-site during Chinese New Year, they were still very responsive and helpful, providing excellent service. There's a small supermarket and an ATM right across from the hotel, which was very convenient. Tashkent isn't a huge city, so it was easy to get to all the attractions by taxi.

The hotel's exterior was decent, and the rooms were generally clean, but there were no slippers, the toilet paper was dirty, and there were flies in the room, so the hygiene wasn't great. The hotel staff were quite friendly, and the breakfast was decent.

This guesthouse is run by a husband and wife, and they were both incredibly warm and kind. They don't speak English, but we communicated using a translation app. The toilets and bathrooms are shared, but there's one on the first floor and one on the second, so it's not a problem.
