I had booked 2x2, with breakfast! When we arrived at the accommodation on August 7, 2025, we were offered a single room and a triple room. If we wanted 2x2, we would have to pay an additional amount of just over USD 200. We paid 11,000,000 Com. That was the first rip-off! The breakfast wasn't plentiful, but if we were missing anything, we got it from the Korzinka.
On August 8, my wife had a disability, and Tanja, who runs the house, took wonderful care of her, including all her doctor's appointments until late into the night. After that, Tanja left home. Her sister took over. Everything continued to run smoothly until the last day. Then it happened! Five hours before departure, they approached us with a demand for an additional payment of 1,125,000 Com. They said the amount was missing from their cash register. This was too much, and we refused. A short time later, the representative returned and said she'd double-checked and we'd even paid a bit too much.
Very disappointing! This was another attempt to rip us off from wealthy Germany.

It was the worst experience we've ever had. First of all, the landlord doesn't issue invoices to evade taxes, but still charges an extra fee for tax purposes. They even demand any receipts you have, presumably to deduct them as tax expenses. The worst part was when, around 00:30, he came into the room three times and yelled, "If you want to sleep, you have to pay extra; the price you paid is wrong according to the app!" He only left when we mentioned the police. It's a shame; they're only interested in money.

The hotel is overpriced. It has an old, leaking boiler with an open flame, so you can easily burn your hair at night if you forget to set it on fire. There are dead ants everywhere, the dog is barking, the window opens to the street and they might decide to close it for you or open it to complain, and the manager is rude.
On the plus side, there's a nice courtyard and a pool. Overall, it's very bad, not worth the money.

We arrived as a family (2 adults and two children) in Tashkent after midnight. The hotel we booked was busy until the morning. Finding themselves without accommodation for the night, they began to look for shelter and a bed. And we found a very cozy, clean, beautiful guest house, located in a good area, with developed infrastructure!
Considering that we checked in closer to two o'clock in the morning, we were very hungry, and all possible catering units were closed... Thank you very much to the hostess Tatyana and her daughter Yulia! They prepared an omelet, gave tea and coffee, treated us to salad, flatbread with butter, and honey!
And our further stay was pleasant and comfortable, it felt like “at home”!
Thank you for the comfort and warmth!
If we go to Tashkent, then only to you 😉
P.S. There was one unpleasant moment.
An old friend of theirs came to visit the owners for a short time. For a very long time and loudly he swore and swore on the phone to the whole yard, figuring out his personal problems with the repair of his car, not taking into account:
1) Presence of children!
2) Our presence!
3) The fact that we and the rest of the guests are very unhappy to hear his vile speech, or rather disgusting yelling!
