The only positive I found was that it feels like you're staying in an apartment; you don't have to enter through reception.
Other than that, I couldn't find any positives.
The price is 7,000 rubles per person per night.
The wifi is weak and unstable, the shower is bad, the water does not go away, and the sink leaks on the floor.
In the evenings, you can perfectly hear music from neighboring cafes.
The windows do not let in light.
Rooms are spacious and prices are affordable.
