I had the rooms (two stays) on the street corner with a balcony. Nice, but you definitely hear the traffic (which winds down around 10:30/11pm.) Smart TV with microphone enabled remote (helps with YouTube searches). Nice tub/shower. One room had three twins, the other four (which was not so good because there's really no space between the beds). Refrigerators worked and we're not loud. Same with the A/C units. BEST THING: THE BREAKFAST! The best hotel breakfast spread I experienced staying in budget Central Asian hotels. With an espresso machine! At least 20 some items. Really impressive. Good location, just minutes from both the airport and the train station. Nice Indian restaurant across the street (speak English and take MC). Also, a liquor store (5 minute walk) and a convenience store with produce right by hotel (and opened until late).

The hotel is completely no-frills. Basic rooms with hard mattresses. A window overlooks the courtyard.

The only positive I found was that it feels like you're staying in an apartment; you don't have to enter through reception.

Other than that, I couldn't find any positives.

The price is 7,000 rubles per person per night.

Reasonable price, large rooms.
The wifi is weak and unstable, the shower is bad, the water does not go away, and the sink leaks on the floor.
In the evenings, you can perfectly hear music from neighboring cafes.
The windows do not let in light.

We had a good (but not perfect) stay at Meros, but I give four stars as the good service largely made up for any hotel shortcomings. The hotel is part of Art Hotel, which houses reception. The building location on Google Maps says Leader Hotel - there might have been a name switch (building signage is correct) or Google Maps might just be wrong, as is often the case in Uzbekistan. Positives: good location, big room, effective A/C, comfortable bed, bathroom had a bath, we were allowed to check-in early. Downsides: no lift, doors don't have a deadbolt, tv did not work, not all windows have blackout curtains, minor issue with the cold water.

A very good hotel, the location is a bit "peculiar", but there is everything you need within walking distance: from shops to restaurants for every taste.
Rooms are spacious and prices are affordable.
Definitely recommend to those who are on a business trip, on business...

overall satisfied with the stay, good location of the hotel,
Nearby there is everything you need: shops, cafes.
Accommodation was in a room with a balcony, very good repair, all new furniture.
Room cleaning on request.
The wi-fi is good.
the breakfast is very decent.
