Need to improve their service quality.
Don’t know why but they don’t follow the booking appointments. Provided with different room and asked for more money..

I reserved the room through booking and although their check-in is from 2 pm - 11pm, I made it clear multiple times that I will arrive around 2 am in the morning. They responded by saying "we will be waiting for you." I even booked the room for the night before so I would be covered. (See photo below)
I kept in contact with the host while at the airport to let them know I was one the way, but when I arrived to the hotel at 2 am, no one was at the reception office. Booking customer support and I tried calling the host multiple times but no one answered.
Thankfully, I had internet to find a new hotel and call a YandexGo (local Uber). Booking also cancelled the reservation as well.
Very unprofessional staff from my experience.

This is one of best Hotel in Tashkent, I highly recommend this, I am quite satisfied with services, staff is so good, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, And I will miss you guys..... Be blessed
