Set in peaceful neighbourhood, run by a caring family, very well maintained and clean place, breakfast was exceptional and filling, everyday something new on the table, highly recommended if looking for a peaceful setup then this is the place.

Excellent family run home stay, superbly located. Firuza and her family are superb hosts. Their breakfast spread is the stuff of dreams. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a cozy comfortable accommodation in Tashkent.

Like living in a Victorian vicarage, big rooms, elegant entrance and a big bathroom. On the positive side, it's clean, roomy, excellent staff in what appears to be a family-run place, with at least some English from everybody. It's near several very local restaurants, all keen to try their English on you, There's also a small supermarket nearby and about 1 km to Tinchlik (lovely name) tube station. There's an ATM near one of the entrances. Bes were pretty hard, but.

A very nice guesthouse to stay, close to the chorsu bazar. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Close by there are several good places to eat. The family speaks several languages and is very kind. We were here in march a good temperature for Uzbekistan.

We loved the neighborhood. It offered a more intimate look into life in Tashkent than staying in the center would. It’s also 25 minutes walking from chorsu bazaar and maybe 11 from the metro. The owner was super nice. She speaks English well. They could use some softer sheets…. But other than that we really loved it. Oh also the air conditioning was great 🙌

Home based stay. Ladies were really helpful and helped with our luggages. Everything was clean and nice. Would recommend 100%!
