We had booked the Art Elite Hotel, but were informed at the last minute that we would be relocated to the Art Palace… a very unpleasant surprise.
The bathroom was unsanitary, and the room was dilapidated and uncomfortable.
The establishment is dirty and very poorly maintained.
The name "Palace" is completely misleading.
It was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to Uzbekistan.
The reception was also not very pleasant.
I strongly advise you to choose another hotel!!
Though the location was good since it was at a walking distance from Chilonzor Metro.
The receptionist was quite helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was also good.
