Marwa Hotel in Tashkent

Everything were good. Reception, room, location and brreakfast.

Overall was good in term of all aspects
Many thanks to the front desk staff by the name of Muhammad who helped and managed for a taxi for us.

If I recall correctly, the hotel's top floor is the fifth floor. I highly recommend booking and, in advance, contacting the hotel via email or phone to request a 'top floor, non-street-facing' room. The street-facing side can be quite noisy at night. The balcony on the top floor, non-street-facing side offers excellent views of the Grand Mosque, the Tashkent TV Tower, and on clear days, you can even faintly see the outlines of distant snow-capped mountains.

The fragrance in the hotel lobby is particularly outstanding. The front desk mentioned it's a Dr. Vranjes brand (Oud + Wine blend) that the owner brought back from Italy; the scent has a very luxurious feel to it. The pool and sauna require advance booking, which is great for families who prefer private use – the experience is excellent.

Downsides: The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water easily splashes everywhere when showering. There's no anti-slip mat on the floor, making it very slippery; I had to use a bath towel to prevent slipping. The hot water temperature is a bit too high and difficult to regulate.

Overall, if you can communicate in advance and secure a 'top floor, non-street-facing' room, it's definitely worth the stay. As long as you're mindful of the bathroom's slipperiness and water temperature issues, I would still give it a high rating.

Excellent staff who speak perfect English. Walking distance to Chorsu Bazaar. Everything good except the housekeeping was not thorough. Nice pool and spa and breakfast was great too.

I was truly impressed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff were amazing, very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
The location is excellent as well, close to Chorsu Bazaar and the metro station. Lastly, the spa area is fantastic, beautifully designed and very relaxing.
Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with a fantastic team! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and very kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, the spa is relaxing and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is excellent with a great variety of quality products.

The location is superb! I added pictures of the view from our room, it's magical 😄 our room was quite small but well equipped and cosy. Another must try is the hotel spa zone. You can book it privately for yourself and enjoy sauna, hammam and a swimming pool after long walks

The front desk staff were warm and professional, answering all our questions thoroughly. The location is convenient for transportation, making it easy to catch a taxi right away. They were also generous with providing extra water when requested. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local dishes, rich in carbs and sweets, which was very filling. All the staff were very polite, providing an excellent service experience. They even helped us with our luggage and loaded it into the car trunk when we checked out. Their exceptional attitude alone makes me want to stay here again next time.

Hotel staff is also very friendly, just when paying the tourist tax in cash SOM, they need around 10 mins to get you the change of balance and of course, they round up and they have minimal of cash, so you may consider to pay by card better.

Taking Yandex taxi is consider very affordable, from Amir Timur square to HOtel is around SOM20k and we walk about 10-15mins to metro station from Hotel. The nearest is Chorsu Station. Using Yandex Map or Goole Map is find.Taxi to Aiport for Comfort + Car is around SOM40k. Metro paying cash is SOM3k/pax/entry.

Very nice hotel in Tashkent with the location quite close to the Chorsu Bazaar, very wasy to get taxi via Yandex app.
The service was exceptional, special shout out to the receptionist Negina (hoped I spelled it right) and also the manager, they both were very helpful with the smiles.
Room was roomy, super clean and the bathroom was clean and functional.
It has poll and spa but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy.
We highly recommend to stay here, it feels semi-luxury with great price.
