Bed sheets, towels and overall cleanliness are very average, some have yellow stains and raise some questions. Our room windows were surprisingly right next to the other window, so there was no privacy except for putting the curtains, hence blocking the natural daylight. Staff was super friendly, when we checked out the young lady at the reception was super nice, offered us tea while we were waiting for a cab. Location is ok, nothing is a walking distance from here.

My group of 22 Indonesian travellers stayed here and all of them liked this hotel so much. The staff is very friendly and kind. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The group leader told me that among the all 3 star deluxe hotels he stayed in Uzbekistan, this is the best one so far. The only thing is if you want a quiet room, please ask them to give you rooms not from the 4th floor because the 5th floor is restaurant.

It is ridiculous how your staff can disturb me at almost 1 am just to say I’m being loud while it’s not even that loud to literally come up to the place I booked. I spent money on it, I’m not staying free of charge for your people to mindlessly disturb me at night. Before that, I could not invite a person to my place, which could be fair, if they explained things clearly, but they did not and could not even show any policies to ensure their words, rather just being disrespectful to me and my guest; making up rules that are not even written in the hotel’s policy just to embarrass us. Your staff can not only provide any professional assistance but also some basic needs for a person to live in this place, such as spoons, shampoo and so on. In general, very trashy hotel in a horrible location with some of the worst service staff I’ve ever seen after visiting almost 50 countries. Avoid this place at all cost!

The staff were very kind. They have kindly helped us find a transportation from Tashkent to Samarkand. Furthermore, they made a free lunch for us during the travel!

We stayed with a tour during our visit to Uzbekistan. The attention of the cleaning staff was very good. Thank you for everything. There is also a restaurant at the entrance. It is a great taste, especially for those who look for tea in glass cups. It relieved the tiredness of the whole day.

Good Hotel value for money recommend any day, Great Hotel Rooms are big comfortable great swimming pool Sauna Spa Pool table Table tennis all good facilities great location and wonderful humble helpful reception staff Outside restaurant is excellent and food quality is top class Mexriniso at reception very eager to help with smile 10/10 & also Umarxon at Reception all are ever helpful with smiles Ibrat guy in reception is one genius helpful guy 10/10 always offer tea water drink soon as you arrive at reception Restaurant staff need to be more humble helpful don’t speak English very hard to explain things One big disappointment Top floor loud music spoils all , 4th floor rooms are very much noisy with loud music they need to fix it

such an awful hotel to stay. before I booked the hotel, I asked them if I could make early check inn and they approved by saying there is no problem. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist asked me for an extra payment. When I showed our messages she said there is nothing to do. Anyway I accepted to pay and stay. They called me a taxi, since they gave a wrong address to the driver I found myself in a wrong place. I literally lost. They ruined my travel there. It was like a nightmare. They dont speak Turkish even if they say they are and hardly English.
