It is ridiculous how your staff can disturb me at almost 1 am just to say I’m being loud while it’s not even that loud to literally come up to the place I booked. I spent money on it, I’m not staying free of charge for your people to mindlessly disturb me at night. Before that, I could not invite a person to my place, which could be fair, if they explained things clearly, but they did not and could not even show any policies to ensure their words, rather just being disrespectful to me and my guest; making up rules that are not even written in the hotel’s policy just to embarrass us. Your staff can not only provide any professional assistance but also some basic needs for a person to live in this place, such as spoons, shampoo and so on. In general, very trashy hotel in a horrible location with some of the worst service staff I’ve ever seen after visiting almost 50 countries. Avoid this place at all cost!

such an awful hotel to stay. before I booked the hotel, I asked them if I could make early check inn and they approved by saying there is no problem. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist asked me for an extra payment. When I showed our messages she said there is nothing to do. Anyway I accepted to pay and stay. They called me a taxi, since they gave a wrong address to the driver I found myself in a wrong place. I literally lost. They ruined my travel there. It was like a nightmare. They dont speak Turkish even if they say they are and hardly English.
