I booked this hotel for 2 nights as a transit stop in Tashkent. My flight ended up being canceled, which we only found out at the airport. We learned about the cancellation just one day before our booking started and immediately reached out to the hotel via Trip.com (they refused) and then through Telegram using their contact number. They completely ignored us after realizing the reason for our call.

In the end, we bought new flight tickets and finally arrived at the hotel on the last day of our reservation. However, the hotel staff refused to let us in, claiming all rooms were occupied, even though they never canceled our booking! After some time, they eventually realized their mistake and allowed us to get a couple of hours of sleep after our journey until 12 PM (check-out time).

Overall: The communication with the staff was very unpleasant. They were uncooperative, ignored us, and displayed a rude attitude – it felt like despite paying, I still owed them a favor. As for the hotel itself: the cleanliness was mediocre, and the advertised 'excellent breakfast' was disappointing. Besides sausages, there was hardly anything else. Even the scrambled eggs ran out and were never refilled.

I do not recommend this hotel.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip. I booked a room online that showed a spacious layout with a sofa and a double-sized bed. However, upon check-in, we were given a much smaller room with two single beds, which looked very different from the photos shown online.

I reported this issue to the front desk and requested the room I originally booked. Although they said a suitable room was available, the condition of the room we were transferred to was unacceptable. While the bed was made and bottled water, coffee, and tea were provided, the basin had not been flushed 💩 and the refrigerator still contained food from the previous guest.

This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness and service standards.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a plus. However, it was quite far from tourist attractions, making taxis a necessity. Dining options nearby were also limited. On the bright side, breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety, which was very satisfying. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it's located on a main road, noise wasn't an issue. There was a power outage during my stay, lasting from morning until afternoon, with no clear reason given. Despite this, it was a great stay overall. Thank you!

While i had to wait 20-30 minutes until they cleaned the room, i think it’s still a nice sign that people wanna stay more. Room is clean. No public transport around, but taxis are affordable. Also , manager sent an email when booking and explained a lot about the process of getting here and some good tips for travelers. Overall experience is nice , they provide bathroom utensils like toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and single use slippers. Unlike many places in Uzbekistan( even hotel Uzbekistan doesn’t provide those, crazy ikr). And here I attached some pictures of the room and the lobby. Peace ✌️🕊️

For the price paid the hotel was ok. The first room they gave us really had a bad smell so they did change our room to a better one. The bed has a hard mattress tea and coffee making facilities ok and toiletries and toothbrush provided as well as a fridge no view to speak of
We did request a breakfast box as was checking out early despite agreeing to provide one they failed to do so
The hotel is not near anything apart from the airport

Very good, I feel good. The room was just okay, but the breakfast was really good. The breakfast was excellent. Great breakfast.
