I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in town! The service, the brand new rooms, the splendid views, the location, the access to malls, metros, and parks, and the executive lounge were all exceptionally convenient. Special thanks to the staff at the hotel for their professionalism and personalized human touch!
Sometimes, access to the hotel with a car or taxi might be difficult because of security measures around the area, but that does not alter the pleasure of staying at the JW

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Tashkent. The customer service was beyond exceptional, and the entire property was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and very well stocked with high-quality supplies and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered a vast variety of different fruits, caviar, breads, and pastries. We also got to try several of their coffee drinks and every drink was perfectly made and tasted great. We used the spa and sauna facilities several times which included an indoor as well as the outdoor pool. Every visit was excellent. The hotel is located within a walking distance to the Tashkent city mall as well as the park and a a lot of different restaurants. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for an amazing Uzbek hospitality, excellent service, and an exceptional stay.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the entire hotel, which is very convenient. The SPA area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, with different types of saunas, a salt room, and even a snow room. The location is another big advantage, the hotel is in the city centre, surrounded by many restaurants. You can walk directly from the hotel into the largest shopping mall in the city, and there is also a large park just across the street for a nice walk. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Nasiba the concierge and Mr. Bexruz at the front desk. Highly recommended! This hotel feels truly special.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The first thing that stands out is the breakfast. It's excellent: various types of lightly salted fish, fresh berries, tropical fruits, and freshly squeezed juices. Everything is high-quality, without feeling mass-produced or cheap. The hotel itself is new with a recent renovation – everything looks modern and well-maintained, not tired at all. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant to be in. The spa area deserves a special mention: it's decent, clean, and peaceful, a great place to relax. And a huge plus is the staff. They are very customer-oriented; you can feel the high level of service, not just formality. Comparing it to the Hyatt Regency Tashkent, for me, the JW Marriott is noticeably superior in every aspect: both in atmosphere and quality. Overall: one of the best options in Tashkent, a place I'd love to return to.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent for one night during the December holiday week. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making our family trip so memorable. The hotel is brand new, elegant, and high-end, with modern and high-tech facilities throughout.

As Marriott Platinum member, we were luckly upgraded to a suite with great welcome nuts and fruits platter. We also enjoyed access to the Executive Lounge during both the day and the evening. It offers beautiful views and a refined, relaxing atmosphere, along with a thoughtful selection of snacks and refreshments. Breakfast is buffet and order combination.

The location is excellent, and the building is a minute away from Tashkent City Mall with many shops, restaurants and super market Gmart.

Overall, it was a comfortable and impressive stay, and we would strongly recommend.
