We immensely enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Tashkent. The customer service was beyond exceptional, and the entire property was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and very well stocked with high-quality supplies and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered a vast variety of different fruits, caviar, breads, and pastries. We also got to try several...
A wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the entire hotel, which is very convenient. The SPA area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, with different types of saunas, a salt room, and even a snow room. The location is another big advantage, the hotel is in the city centre, surrounded by many restaurants. You can walk...
We stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The first thing that stands out is the breakfast. It's excellent: various types of lightly salted fish, fresh berries, tropical fruits, and freshly squeezed juices. Everything is high-quality, without feeling mass-produced or cheap. The hotel itself is new with a recent renovation – everything looks modern and well-maintained...
Everything was good besides bathroom
The lights in bathroom were on whole night, no switch to turn off.
also drenage problem
We stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent for one night during the December holiday week. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making our family trip so memorable. The hotel is brand new, elegant, and high-end, with modern and high-tech facilities throughout.
As Marriott Platinum member, we were luckly upgraded to a suite with great welcome nuts and fruits platter. We also enjoyed access...
I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in town! The service, the brand new rooms, the splendid views, the location, the access to malls, metros, and parks, and the executive lounge were all exceptionally convenient. Special thanks to the staff at the hotel for their professionalism and personalized human touch!

Stayed at the Hilton Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything in the city.
The view from the hotel is amazing, especially in the evening. It really makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests.
Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I...
I had an incredible stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations I’ll definitely be coming back…
A 10/10 experience from start to finish, a huge thank you to all the staff here for their help in making the stay so memorable. My wife & I started our vacation here for her birthday in 2025, and it was fantastic. The hotel helped arrange a private transfer from the airport, decorate the room as I had requested, and I had 0 issues communicating with the staff. Another huge plus is the level of security...
Hilton Tashkent City is a modern and well-designed hotel with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive and courteous, and the facilities are clean and well maintained.
One of the highlights is the restaurant at the top of the hotel, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of Tashkent City Park and the surrounding area.
The location is excellent, right next to Tashkent City Park...
The hotel has a great location and feels very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay.
Basic hotel with great amenities. I want to highlight the location, because it’s close to everything & many cafes& restaurants around the hotel.
Super love about this hotel ! Perfectly located where several city attractions are all within walking distance !
Spend a little bit more for city view room, it was so totally worth it, you gotta enjoy the stunning lights right from your bed ! Except that the room is quite small !
Only improvement for the hotel to pay attention :
Please scrub and clean the windows, its glasses are dusty, dirty.
As a frequent traveler, I was pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn Tashkent.
I stopped over for a short business transit and needed a comfortable place while waiting for my next flight. The hotel and its surroundings offered everything needed for a smooth two-night stay.
Overall, a very satisfying experience.
Great breakfast, but the staff’s internal communication was poor. I called ahead to secure and keep a king size bedroom, yet when my train arrived late at night the room was gone, sad!
Hotel is in the heart of Tashkent where you can access to the Central Park in front of the hotel. Overall is satisfied but could be better if the hotel would have a pool. Reception staff at check in looks so confused in finding our booking
We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants...

Nice hotel with wonderful staff
I booked a twin room, but the bed sheets made it impossible to move. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent! There wasn't much to see nearby, but Yandex was a quick way to get anywhere.
Brand new building modern clean comfortable sleeping mattresses professional training staff all speak good English 5 star service I am blessed to stay here
The hotel is quite decent. The breakfasts are excellent. An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier). Naturally, upon entering our room and realizing we'd been deceived, we returned...
Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept. Also, it’s within walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was really convenient. Great stay overall!
I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The rooms are large, clean, and beautifully designed. In the bathroom, you can control the heating, which is a nice touch. The receptionists are very helpful as well.
As for breakfast, I absolutely loved it! There was a great variety of foods, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The selection of dried fruits was perfect. Overall, the service...
Everything were good. Reception, room, location and brreakfast.
Overall was good in term of all aspects
Many thanks to the front desk staff by the name of Muhammad who helped and managed for a taxi for us.
If I recall correctly, the hotel's top floor is the fifth floor. I highly recommend booking and, in advance, contacting the hotel via email or phone to request a 'top floor, non-street-facing' room. The street-facing side can be quite noisy at night. The balcony on the top floor, non-street-facing side offers excellent views of the Grand Mosque, the Tashkent TV Tower, and on clear days, you can even...
Excellent staff who speak perfect English. Walking distance to Chorsu Bazaar. Everything good except the housekeeping was not thorough. Nice pool and spa and breakfast was great too.
Amazing hotel with a fantastic team! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and very kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, the spa is relaxing and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is excellent with a great variety of quality products.
Highly recommended — well done to the whole team!
The location is superb! I added pictures of the view from our room, it's magical 😄 our room was quite small but well equipped and cosy. Another must try is the hotel spa zone. You can book it privately for yourself and enjoy sauna, hammam and a swimming pool after long walks
Movenpick is very modern hotel and situated very well in old town near Metro Station, one of the Tashkent tourist highlights, stop at every metro station to admire interior design.
You can install Yandex (car ride app) and visit the Centre for Islamatic Civilization, that provide good story telling of the history of Central Asia.
1. The MUR (Make Up Room) button in the room either didn’t work or was ignored by the staff, as the room wasn’t cleaned once during our three-day stay and the towels weren’t changed.
2. The Wi-Fi in the hotel leaves much to be desired. In the room, the Wi-Fi signal was barely there and was only available in certain areas. It’s strange to see this in a new hotel. For people who need a stable connection...
A sleek, modern hotel right in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a 15 minute walk to the Islamic Culture Center and City Mall. Service is excellent throughout, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, making the whole stay even better
A new, wonderful hotel, the staff was very polite and friendly, everything was great! Very spacious, bright, and clean rooms. Convenient location in the very city center.
I'll definitely stay in this hotel again
Its an apartment-style hotel with spacious rooms, ideal for large families. However, for a couple like us, the layout felt a little awkward, the bathroom and shower are located at the far end of the apartment, separated by several doors along the way.
Good thing is breakfast is shared with holiday inn hotel, and it was a good one.
The room was great, with a huge balcony. The only downside was that the balcony didn't have much of a view since it overlooked an enclosed atrium. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy, and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
A wonderful option for a couple of days' stay! The location is superb: in a beautiful, modern neighborhood with a park and a shopping center.
Breakfast in the same building at the Holiday Hotel is very good. There's a wide selection of food and live music. The breakfast music, featuring traditional instruments, is truly unique. We've never experienced anything like it before. If it's warm, you can...
The location, service quality, comfortableness, breakfast... Everything was perfect as we enjoyed the last moment in Uzbekistan at this hotel. Will stay again!
It's very clean, but its only drawback is its entrance inside a building that houses business offices and a club, causing congestion in the elevator both inside and outside.
Bigger than average hotel rooms (thats why they called it Apart Hotel) and amazing breakfast spread. Will definitely repeat.
Great location, quiet, and beautiful. That's the biggest plus. The room was decent, everything was clean. The breakfast was pretty good with a magnificent view of the entire city. The toiletries in the bathroom came in inconveniently tiny bottles, and the slippers were the cheapest kind, falling apart on the very first day.
What I didn't like was the service during check-in/check-out. The hotel staff...
The room decor is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and bright. However, the mattress is uncomfortable and uneven, the pillows are hard, and the duvet is even harder. I suggest replacing the duvet and pillows. It would be best if the owner stayed for a night; then they'd know they made the wrong choice with the bedding!
Everything about T-City Presidential Hotel was perfect. The atmosphere, the amenities, and the hospitality were all 10/10. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be coming back.
We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with everything we need nearby. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Excellent value for money, we'd love to come back!
The hotel occupies floors 24 through 32 of a larger building. I'm not sure about its official rating, but I would estimate it to be around four stars. Overall, the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious. However, there’s no real lobby or café—just a restaurant on the 24th floor where I had breakfast. The breakfast was good. That said, the hotel needs more attention to room cleanliness, especially...

Hairdryer only can use few seconds.very small room. Don’t know how hotel get so much high ratings,b ut it is not as picture and quality as it is described.
My only comment is that the mattress is medium-firm. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for exploring Chorsu Bazaar (6 minutes walk to the left of the hotel) or the modern Tashkent City Mall (10 minutes walk to the right).
A great hotel in the city center – quite small, but very cozy. It's styled like a caravanserai with a beautiful garden in the center and rooms surrounding it. The interiors are luxurious, like a palace. You can sit outside your room, overlooking the garden. The Wi-Fi is good, and the bed is comfortable. There's tea and coffee in the room. There's no street noise.
Cons:
- For some reason, there's a...

The hotel is fairly central but reasonably quiet. The rooms are huge. The bed was comfortable but with one of those strange covers that wouldn't have worked for two. Tiny inside jacuzzi pool. Breakfast was okay.
The hotel is good: clean, the room comes with toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, gel, shampoo), a tea set, and two bottles of water, replenished daily. The minibar is a paid service. The sauna is also available, but we didn't use it. The staff speaks Russian, is pleasant, and helpful. The restaurant serves porridges made to order for breakfast: rice, semolina, and oatmeal. Breakfasts are varied: pancakes...
Average) since it is a chain hotel, we expected better, expectations were not met: 1. When checking in, we were asked to pay 500 thousand more than the reservation amount. It's good that we prepared in advance and said that it seemed like the figure was wrong. They recalculated and named the correct one. But you must admit, this is strange... and if we hadn't recalculated initially, but had...
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful time spent at this hotel. My stay here became unforgettable, and the sensitive and attentive approach of the hotel manager Tigran played a significant role in this.

It's reasonable for usd 90.00 a night, it's close to Tashkent city mall and the rooms are spacious.
The breakfast is extremely basic, the room facilities are basic, and the service is basically non-existent. Shampoo is not replenished after running out.

It was a small but very lovely and comfortable hotel.
I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of coffee (instant, though), black tea, and green tea in the room.

I liked everything. The pillow was too big for me, but the next night they replaced it with a small one.
Staff were absolutely wonderful. Wish I could give them all 6 stars!!!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Tashkent Mall, which is convenient given the limited dining options nearby. The café downstairs isn’t particularly good, and while the breakfast buffet is decent, it tends to be repetitive.
There is no elevator, so guests will need to carry their luggage to the second floor, and the breakfast area is located on the third floor, also without elevator access
The location is very central. The furniture are fairly new. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good quality. They do daily cleaning which is great. The only downside is that there is no lift but it’s just one floor so not a big deal. I recommend this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks in 2021, shortly after the pandemic situation began to ease. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in many hotels, I found this one truly exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding—not just from the staff, but also from the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even arranged for one of his employees to accompany me in his personal car to help...
What a lovely hotel. Really friendly staff, and special thanks to Ruslan for helping us get train tickets when there were hardly any left! The breakfast was great, the beds were comfy and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. Excellent value for money.
Fine hotel in nice part of town. One issue I had with the room was lack of window. Not that bad for one night but I'd avoid if you plan on staying longer.
I checked in to the hotel in the morning and left my bags and came in afternoon. However, they charged me for 2 days. Later they told me that if You check in before 12 pm they charge you for the past day as well. If the front desk agent had informed me about this I would definitely have checked in after 12 pm or even 3-4 hours later.
This is definitely because of miscommunication or lack of agent's...

The guesthouse is in a convenient spot near Chorsu Bazaar, but that’s about where the perks end. Paid USD 45 for a very basic room — quite pricey for what you get. The owner charged USD 20 for a late checkout (6pm), but then cut the electricity while we were resting! After an hour without power, we complained and asked for a discount — ended up paying USD 15 for the inconvenience.

“Ravshan was a wonderful host. The stay was great — rooms were clean and comfortable for the price, and the breakfast was decent too. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Chorsu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, approachable, and clean place to stay.”
Gulnara Guesthouse is a real gem! A peaceful oasis in the middle of bustling Tashkent. The rooms are simple, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The courtyard is wonderful and welcoming. The owner and staff were all super nice and helpful. And I loved the location: near the Chorsu Bazaar (and the Chorsu metro stop).
I arrived early morning and was well-received - I paid for breakast while the room was being cleaned, and it was one of the best for my two-week trip staying in guesthouses.
