Nice hotel with wonderful staff

I booked a twin room, but the bed sheets made it impossible to move. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent! There wasn't much to see nearby, but Yandex was a quick way to get anywhere.

An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier). Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept. Also, it’s within walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was really convenient. Great stay overall!

I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The rooms are large, clean, and beautifully designed. In the bathroom, you can control the heating, which is a nice touch. A sleek, modern hotel right in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a 15 minute walk to the Islamic Culture Center and City Mall. Service is excellent throughout, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, making the whole stay even better

Hairdryer only can use few seconds.very small room. Don’t know how hotel get so much high ratings,b ut it is not as picture and quality as it is described.

My only comment is that the mattress is medium-firm. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for exploring Chorsu Bazaar (6 minutes walk to the left of the hotel) or the modern Tashkent City Mall (10 minutes walk to the right).

Nice hotel, nice location. My room was clean and had no bugs, I had no issues with the shared bathroom. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was from 8-10am and amazing. Great location next to Chorsu too!
