It is a good location for first-time visitors to Uzbekistan. It is spacious, but has some drawbacks such as old furniture, low water pressure, and poor heating and cooling. The price is also not unreasonable.

The hotel is in a good location, it is in the center, convenient for travel, there are many Chinese restaurants and barbershops around, the service is good, and the room is relatively large.

The room looks big enough if you're traveling alone, but it's got some pretty noticeable flaws. The thing that bugged me the most? The housekeeper never changed my sheets the whole six nights I stayed there! Also the room's super dim, and there's barely any natural light getting in either.

This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell of old cigarettes (but the room didn't), and the rooms are very bare bones. The thing that really bugged me was that our room had no windows. There was no way to get fresh air. If I had realized we would not have windows, I would not have booked this room/hotel. Located in city area, about 10min by car from the airport. On foot about 5min walk away there is a small market which sells fruits and groceries. There are eatery about 15min walk away from the hotel as well. Opposite is the Russian Orthodox Church Cathedral Room is big and clean with modern amenities . Staff are professional and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower room was unpleasant because dirt or something kept running down the wall when I turned the shower on. The front desk was not bad, but they were not particularly polite. The breakfast was satisfying in terms of variety and taste. The hotel is indeed very close to the airport, and the environment is nice; it's quiet and not crowded. However, the front desk staff told us upon check-in that our reservation hadn't been successful, and they couldn't find it after several attempts, which wasted some time. This could be improved.

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, as if you were on a small street in Italy. Once a violinist came out onto the balcony. It was very nice. Superb room - plenty of space, big comfy bed, sofa and chairs, good shower. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen with a diverse range of foods to suit every palate. This isn't a bad hotel for an overnight layover between flights. I had a Trip.com privilege (late check-out/early check-in) for free, and I contacted the hotel in advance through Trip.com, but received no reply. It's a very nice hotel, close to the airport, with large rooms and all daily necessities provided. There's no elevator, but it only has three floors. The staff will help you carry your luggage, recommend restaurants and help you hail a taxi. It's a great experience.

It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.
