It's beautiful and amazing. The view is great. I always use it when I go to Uzbekistan. It's wonderful. It's easy for Japanese people to use.
It was a nice experience. Breakfast is really good there. I'll stay next time again.
This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cozy, the gym was convenient, and the breakfast quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Even more outstanding was their service. They have a concierge named Samir, who is incredibly resourceful and eagerly helped me settle in. Thanks to him, I was able to set off for other cities and truly enjoy my time in Uzbekistan...
My first stay at this hotel six months ago was very comfortable and cozy, so I decided to stay here again this time, as it offers great service and convenient access. The friendly, kind, and warm staff always respond quickly to requests, making me feel at ease even in a foreign country. The Christmas decorations and thorough cleaning of the building add to the comfort. The breakfast has a wide variety...
Hotel looks a little bit old but everything was fine for me. Location is also good.
Walking distance to cafes and metro. Room design is outdated. Breakfast spread has good varieties that you can find thing to eat, including Korean ramen.

It's in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. You might get a little lost trying to find the hotel entrance.
This is not my first time staying here, it’s a good hotel in the city center, everything is within walking distance.
Convenient location, I liked everything.
We arrived in Tashkent for two days and stayed at this hotel. It is located practically in the city center, with many attractions, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything is clean, quiet, and cozy!
The location was absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Navoi Theater. There were also many restaurants open late in the vicinity, so finding a place to eat at night was never an issue. The room, while just the 'bare minimum' size for two people, was kept very clean. The bathroom truly stood out: the shower had excellent water pressure, and the temperature control was smooth and easy. It...
This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell of old cigarettes (but the room didn't), and the rooms are very bare bones. The thing that really bugged me was that our room had no windows. There was no way to get fresh air. If I had realized we would not have windows, I would not have booked this room/hotel. The shower had great water pressure but the temperature fluctuated greatly...

Excellent hotel! The room was quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also quite delicious.
I wish you the best, everything is clean, close to the center, 1 km away, it's quiet. I pay too. It's been three days, it's convenient, I liked the breakfast, it's very good.
Unemotional staff, no hello, no goodbye... breakfasts are yesterday's, there is a choice, but the quality suffers
Clean and tidy hotel, decent breakfast, reasonable price.
Room is a little smaller but clean and has very comfy bed mattress. Breakfast is decent. Good location to get around the city.
All the staff were great. However, the payment process was quite inconvenient. I had already paid online, but upon arrival, I had to re-pay at the front desk and then cancel my original online payment.

Basic hotel with great spa. If you stay in this hotel, don’t forget to try the hammam, it’s really great!
Quiet and peaceful, with a great location and plenty of food options nearby.
The bathroom was quite spacious.
The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed. The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay.
The room was large and the hotel was very satisfying overall. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was able to eat a lot, including Uzbek sweets and bread. The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, and although the road in front of the hotel is narrow, it wasn't a problem as I was able to have someone pick me up right in front of the hotel using a ride-hailing app. The Tashkent subway station...

It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Clean shower stall. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. Overall it's ok, the location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, the boss is from Wenzhou, the service is friendly and he knows how to do business, there is also a barber shop downstairs, but the room is small and the price is not cheap
The hotel is run by Chinese people. They are very welcoming and can help solve any problems. It is very good.
Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Good Environment: Excellent Service: Good attitude

As the name suggests this is well located in the centre of the capital and has the trappings of a good business hotel. Sadly the little details are missing. There were a lack of pillows and tv remote in the room and breakfast was pretty uninspiring.
The last stage of a tour of Central Asia , we stayed two sets of two nights here and enjoyed the Hotel. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and the Hotel is very convenient for the City, only 50 or so metres from the Kosmonaut Metro with its wonderful interior. The staff were very helpful, there is a takeaway breakfast for anyone leaving an early morning flight before the restaurant opens. They...
Thanks to the hotel's consideration, I had a comfortable stay.
I liked the hotel very much. Convenient location, near the metro. Very large room. We were delighted
Fantastic, modern, city centre hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room was huge with it's own bathroom and air conditioning. Great breakfast with fantastic choice and a basement spa available too. Everything in Tashkent is a short walk away and the city is green, pleasant, modern and safe.
The hotel is just one minute from the subway station, making it easy to explore Tashkent. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The milk porridge at breakfast is delicious. However, I was surprised by the nasty personality of one of the front desk staff, who was with a child. She frowned. It was intimidating... While tissues were provided in the room, they were as hard as paper towels. Non...

The staff here Mohammed and Valentine made it like a 5 star hotel experience for me and my family. The hotel was clean. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was delicious. (The breakfast area is small, so I recommend arriving early.)
A small hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious.
It was a very good short trip for me
Our room was very clean and had good air conditioning. We had to leave early for a train, and we were kindly given a boxed breakfast. Helpful staff. You can also get a SIM card at reception. It’s in a nice residential neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s the perfect choice for travelers who are looking for a mid-range budget without compromising on comfort and quality. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and designed to make you feel right at home. What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything...
On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable. The room was completely soundproof, and the newcomers next door were noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Even after I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't address the issue. The staff are completely hired from outside...
Great little hotel for a couple of nights. Enjoyed use of the pool and steam room. Only thing was my room was slightly tight, and I didn’t have any water in there - but overall, great stay and lovely staff.
The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff is very attentive. Although the communication language is not fluent, they still explain it to us patiently. Thumbs up.
Excellent hotel that assisted me with sim card and also exchange currency at a decent rate when the bank was closed. Friendly, clean and located in an excellent location. Restaurants, grocery store and mall all within walking distance. Stayed for 15 days and was an excellent stay. Breakfast was prepared daily and they even stayed open beyond the 10am time for late sleepers. Will def. stay here again...

A very nice cozy hotel. Located downtown Tashkent but in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for two weeks with my family and two year old son - our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Service at the hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have a very nice green area next to the pool. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.
Top hotel. Modern and cozy rooms with extraordinary bathroom. Friendly staff, good bar and great outdoor pool area. Absolutetly recommended. Thank you
The room facilities were good, but the bathroom ventilation was poor. Even with the fan running, there was still a lingering odor. The breakfast room's decor was pleasantly surprising, with its simple yet distinctive black and white paintings. I spent a long time admiring it.
Best place in all our trip in Uzbekistan. A great team managing an excellent renovated hotel. Highly recommend the luxurious room with living area. Also the food at the restaurant is very good! You won't fail staying here during your days at Tashkent

Many thanks to the hotel staff for checking in during a controversial situation! The location is excellent, many attractions were reached on foot, the metro is 15-20 minutes walk Breakfast buffet
booked another night at the Garden hotel. thought about trying another hotel in the area but why change when it works. Only thing to metion is that they didnt make up the room for the extra night. But not something that ruins the stay.

Location - OK: 1 km walk to the metro. Quiet area. Room - everything is good. Breakfast is also not rich, but there is something to choose from, also OK. But! On the -1 floor there are washing machines that hum until about 2 am, or something else hums disgustingly. And if your room is on the 1st floor - you can't sleep normally until 2 am. The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.
Everything was great. The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches). The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel.
It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring. The staff speaks fluent English.
Good hotel, helpful guys at the reception.
Sardor was my guide to the mountains for a day tour. Sardor speaks very good English & was helpful & polite. He was a nice car & is an excellent driver I highly recommend him for tours in & around Tashkent.
My mom recently stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious, with complete and well-equipped facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, delicious, and nutritious. There were also some souvenirs available for purchase in the hotel lobby at reasonable prices.
A good hotel. Conveniently located - close to the metro. Tashkent City Mall is a 20-minute walk away. The room was clean, and water, coffee, and tea were available. The bathroom infrastructure was a bit of a letdown - there were only enough towel hooks for one guest. The breakfasts were good, but it's best to arrive early. Overall, I liked everything.
Great location, close to the metro and the city center. Clean rooms and incredibly friendly staff. On our last day, it was raining heavily in the evening, and I didn't want to go out for dinner. Good breakfast , good smelling
I stayed for two nights. When booking, I asked for an early check-in and they accommodated me. I appreciated the staff's concern - after an overnight flight, I really wanted to rest and sleep. + great staff attitude. + very clean. + large desk to work with laptop. + good enough considering the low price. - mattress was too hard, I really recommend them to upgrade bedding with quality products. - noisy if you get a room facing the road. - no black-out curtains.
GOOD The lady working here is lovely and helpful. The rooms are modern and comfortable and clean. There is also a shop owned by the same people next door that seems to be open late. It was a clean and good hotel. Rooms were big and clean. Nearby a lot of embassies or consulates so very safe area. Not far from most sightseeing. SeoulMun area is nearby, nightlife , seesha lounges, bars and restaurants.
Nice clean hotel in a neighborhood full of embassies and diplomatic residences. A few minutes walk from Metro Kosmonavticheskaya. Our shower was leaking, otherwise good for price option. They accept only cash and as its rug/carpet covered you have to have your shoes to enter.
Excellent hotel. Only the breakfast is not thick. But the location is great. Quiet, comfortable, breathing well.
