It is a good location for first-time visitors to Uzbekistan. It is spacious, but has some drawbacks such as old furniture, low water pressure, and poor heating and cooling. The price is also not unreasonable.

The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed. The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay.

As the name suggests this is well located in the centre of the capital and has the trappings of a good business hotel. Sadly the little details are missing. There were a lack of pillows and tv remote in the room and breakfast was pretty uninspiring.

Fantastic, modern, city centre hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room was huge with it's own bathroom and air conditioning. Great breakfast with fantastic choice and a basement spa available too. Everything in Tashkent is a short walk away and the city is green, pleasant, modern and safe.

Pleasant hotel, very well equipped. The close proximity to the train station and metro is a definite plus. Unfortunately, the breakfasts are weak and repetitive, with very few hot dishes. Overall, I still recommend it.

Stayed on our business trip at the beginning of November 2024. Great location. Special thank you to housekeeper Ms. Nargiza. The breakfast for the first 2 days was wooow with cauliflowers and broccoli 🥦 😋 😍. Daily availability of quail eggs is wow. So much delicious food choices. The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English. The room is relatively quiet. It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. Not easy to find. Water heater for shower should be hooked up and not left for customers to figure out how to get to work.

The room was huge and had a sitting area. There was also a balcony. The hotel provided free transport to and from the airport. A 24-hour market and a very good Turkish restaurant were half a block away. The room was very clean but not the bathroom. It seemed it was used by others. The shower and toilet shared the space.
