This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cozy, the gym was convenient, and the breakfast quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Even more outstanding was their service. They have a concierge named Samir, who is incredibly resourceful and eagerly helped me settle in. Thanks to him, I was able to set off for other cities and truly enjoy my time in Uzbekistan...

My first stay at this hotel six months ago was very comfortable and cozy, so I decided to stay here again this time, as it offers great service and convenient access. The friendly, kind, and warm staff always respond quickly to requests, making me feel at ease even in a foreign country. Hotel looks a little bit old but everything was fine for me. Location is also good.

Walking distance to cafes and metro. Room design is outdated. Breakfast spread has good varieties that you can find thing to eat, including Korean ramen.

It's in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. You might get a little lost trying to find the hotel entrance.

This is not my first time staying here, it’s a good hotel in the city center, everything is within walking distance.

We arrived in Tashkent for two days and stayed at this hotel. It is located practically in the city center, with many attractions, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything is clean, quiet, and cozy!

The location was absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Navoi Theater. There were also many restaurants open late in the vicinity, so finding a place to eat at night was never an issue. The room, while just the 'bare minimum' size for two people, was kept very clean. The bathroom truly stood out: the shower had excellent water pressure, and the temperature control was smooth and easy. It...

This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell of old cigarettes (but the room didn't), and the rooms are very bare bones. The thing that really bugged me was that our room had no windows. There was no way to get fresh air. If I had realized we would not have windows, I would not have booked this room/hotel. The shower had great water pressure but the temperature fluctuated greatly...

We appreciated the central location and close access to the metro. Great spot for exploring Tashkent. The room was average. The gym was well equipped. We enjoyed using the sauna one evening. Decent hotel breakfast and coffee. Service at the front desk was lacking. This may be more of a cultural thing, but it would have been nice to feel more welcomed here.

Great location, close to attractions and the Metro! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Modern refurbished rooms. Close to metro and opera house. Staff mostly v helpful especially Omina who did everything to help. The breakfast waiter was also very friendly and energetic. Housekeeper also were there when needed.

Love this hotel! Close to everything, clean, modern rooms, and the staff was sooooo helpful, especially Amina. Breakfast buffet was ok at the adjacent restaurant Zohid Kebab, but at a later meal, the restaurant staff tried to charge us for things we did not order and even placed items on the table, hoping we would eat/drink them so they could charge us. This happened at other restaurants as well so...

As the name suggests this is well located in the centre of the capital and has the trappings of a good business hotel. Sadly the little details are missing. There were a lack of pillows and tv remote in the room and breakfast was pretty uninspiring.

The last stage of a tour of Central Asia , we stayed two sets of two nights here and enjoyed the Hotel. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and the Hotel is very convenient for the City, only 50 or so metres from the Kosmonaut Metro with its wonderful interior.
