An extremely basic hotel, dont expect too much
The only good point about this hotel is that its near to the train station, approx. 5mins walk. Water was not flowing and it just flooded the toilet. Good for few hours of stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a stunning view. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, added to the overall experience. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Extremely noisy and no outside window
Firstly, the staff are great, and secondly the apartment was modern and clean with a good shower and facilities. The location is also very good within walking distance to the old quarter. However, the apartment is very noisy. It's close to the train tracks (see videos of train street) and you can hear every train, and each one like to use their horn, regardless of whether it's the middle of the night or not. Also the apartment didn't have a window to the outside so there is no natural light, which I found very difficult to wake in the morning. Not only contending with the train noise and darkness, the building next door is doing extensive renovations and extremely loud drilling noises start and last most of the waking day. Not much the staff can do about this, but if you book here light sleepers will not like it. I think it would have been quieter sleeping next to the road with all the bikes and their horns.

I got a really bad experience here. Firstly, it was so noisy in the room. And second, their alarm system was broken, it suddenly went ringing so loudly at midnight. And the staff broke into my room two times. The real reasons were someone else smoked in the room, or the front desk pressed the alarm button mistakenly, totally not my issue. I didn’t feel safe and asked to check out next morning, the front desk lady seemed very nice and agreed to refund me the unused nights. But after I left the hotel, they told my travel agent that they’re not giving me any refund. Gosh, why could not someone who does business kept their promises??? I feel like I was scammed. After 2 days of reaching out to my travel agency, and my travel agent negotiated with them so many times, they finally agreed to get 50% of the unused nights back to me. And my travel agent also covered the other half considering I made the reservation on their website. I’m so disappointed in the service of the hotel.
