Exceptional service. All of the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist. Breakfast was beautiful. Rooms are clean and plenty of room. Location is great, amazing egg coffee next door and Bun Cha directly across the road. We will definitely return.

Nice little hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was a good size. The shower and air conditioning very good. Breakfast on floor seven with plenty of choice and tasty. The staff are excellent very friendly and helpful sorted our taxis and trip to Harlong Bay. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. Plus an excellent location. Thanks for a good stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of many attractions and famous restaurants. While the hotel isn't new, the staff provided excellent service. The room size was just right for two people. Breakfast options were limited, and there was only one dish that needed to be pre-ordered, but overall, I was impressed.

Very courteous, helped organize shuttles to and from the airport. Lots of great suggestions in town, and even a discount at a good spa.

The best feature is the location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are small and older but they do have a nice breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are all nice and friendly. The room is a decent size and the AC is good. Shower pressure could be a bit better but it was very warm at least. Breakfast is ok, not amazing, but good to be included and tasty. Nice views from the breakfast area though.

Arrived to the hotel a bit early but my family got a lots of help from Lily Sale Manager. She got a room for us after 15 minutes waited and rent a bike, also guided us where to go and what to eat. The hotel was in the old quater so easily find a lot of things. Also clean and quite. In the evening, Sophie also always smiled and took us the water during waited for the taxi. The only note that is breakfast. All choices were good in generally but the foods need to keep warmer by some lights or pot. We definitely come back next tine.

A great hotel for a reasonable price in a good location in the old quarter. Hotel is only small, 12 rooms, but it’s clean, comfortable and has really nice friendly staff. Breakfast is on the roof terrace, so you need to walk one flight of stairs, as lift stops on floor 6. The hotel offers tours, laundry, currency exchange amongst other things, and the staff are super friendly. We would 100% stay here on our next visit to Hanoi, it ticked all the boxes for us.
