Very nice place to stay after you arrive in Viet Nam and start to integrate into local culture. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is very good and staff was helpful! After getting back to Hanoi from Halong Bay, we decided to stay here again. Such was the impact the hotel had on us!

Rooms are large but with many beds crammed in it. Staff are really friend. Booking websites ought to have better description as not able to distinguish if there will be windows in your room.

Incredibly friendly staff. Clean. Recommend the banana pancakes for breakfast! Say hello to Cindy and David (vietnamese) from me. Also recommend Black Jacks bbq and steak house just 20yrs away. Hang Ba (Street name) is a great place to be located in the old qrt of Hanoi. You will LOVE your stay at this small, cosy and friendly hotel. Only down side - coffee making facilities in every room (I.e. kettle & cups) but no coffee or milk. However, unlimited free coffee is available in reception 24/7.
