The hotel rooms are good and staff is helpful but the place doesn't accept credit cards so that's a big disadvantage if you're short on cash and travel too much

I have no words for this hotel. First it took very long time to book at hotel. Second there were CUT NAILS of someone on table in our room. AC didn't work, and it was really cold, because windows had holes. Third we came back to hotel at 10 pm, and they CLOSED hotel from inside, and there was no one at reception, so we waited there for 20 minutes.(after that we managed to open it, put in our hands through a hole between doors )Under our window something was on construction, it was really loud.

Amazing hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful here. They went out there way to be nice and see if you needed anything. The hotel seemed almost brand new which was great and our standard room was large with a massive shower. It was clean and included all the essential amenities. The breakfast was huge and tasty and the staff were really kind in getting anything else you might need. We also checked out and they allowed us to leave our bags there for the day as we were catching a night train. They even gave us tea and let us stay in reception before we left.

We loved everything about this hotel and couldn't of been happier. The beds were VERY comfortable, the room and hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. The grounds were gorgeous. For just a small amount more then most homestays in the area it was 100% worth the extra money.

We were so impressed with the service and attention by the staff, especially the manager. The hotel is very new and everything about the room was perfect. Being vegetarian usually limits us for breakfast but here the kitchen staff made a special effort for every breakfast to make sure we were well catered for. Thank you very much and we would highly recommend this hotel.
