This is the fourth hotel we stayed at in Da Nang in almost a month. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room has a direct view of the Dragon Bridge and a glimpse of the dragon head spewing fire in the distance. There's a free mini-bar. The staff are all very friendly, but the management is a bit chaotic. We stayed for a week. We didn't request daily cleaning, but the bedding was changed every three days. The staff only changed the sheets, not the pillowcases or duvet covers, and only changed them after we asked. The floor mats were also only changed after we asked. They selectively followed the standardized procedures! The breakfast was plentiful, but it got a bit chaotic when it was crowded. For example, a large group of people would put all their luggage at the table by the window, but they wouldn't sit there. Then, when they left, they would just dump all their bags on the tableware. For the next few days, we paid special attention to whether the tableware was clean before eating. 😂

A good hotel for while you are in Da Nang city. Close to the dragon bridge and the city centre, there is a convenience store next door, McDonalds a few doors down, atm’s close and plenty of local restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy.

The roof top pool has good view of the river and city to relax and enjoy.

Parking lot is extremely small with only one elevator going down towards it. Max only two elevator in the hotel. The room upon entering had dirty towel in the bathroom and I spotted a cockroach in the room that crawled into the crevice of the wall. The beds were itchy unable to sleep. This place is not a four star hotel it should be downgraded to a two star or three star.

Located near the tail of the dragon bridge. Room 606 has a view of the city. At this time the majority of the roads that we walked on around this hotel, including right in front of the hotel, have ongoing construction making it difficult for us to be dropped off by Grab or walk to see the sights or get anything to eat.

Excellent! Very close to the accommodation, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was superb, and the room was great with a clean bathroom. Highly recommend staying here, it's very close to Saphan Taksin Bridge.

Nice location, nearby many coffees and restaurants, 2 min walk from Dragon Bridge. The breakfast is mostly in Asian style.
At first entering in the hotel, you can feel the mold. Tha same thing is in the rooms. Moisture and mold. The central air coditioning system doesn't work.
And I can say the staff are not as welcoming as in other hotels in Vietnam.

The hotel's location is decent, near Dragon Bridge with many local and affordable restaurants and coffee shops nearby. However, the hotel itself is small, and the rooms are quite compact. The furniture in the room feels a bit outdated and not particularly cozy.

The hotel was ok, it is not 4 stars, but the hotel is acceptable..the best thing about it though was its personel- attentive, customer oriented, supportive. Thank you, guys!!!
