OYO 119 Sunshine Beach Hotel in Da Nang

I stayed at Sunshine Beach Da Nang and unfortunately would not return.

The room itself was acceptable. Cleanliness was decent, and the stove worked fine. However, several basic amenities were not functional: the washing machine and microwave did not work at all, which was frustrating for a longer stay.

Another issue was hygiene and comfort — I saw a lizard in my bathroom every night. While this may be common in the area, it’s still something travelers should be aware of.

The biggest problem was the staff behavior. One female staff member was kind, sweet, and accommodating, and she agreed to a late checkout at 1 pm instead of 12. Despite this, a male staff member was extremely rude and knocked on my door very aggressively during checkout, making the experience uncomfortable and upsetting.

That interaction completely ruined my stay. Because of how unprofessionally that particular staff member behaved, I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

It's like a poor maintenance hotel. No tower in room... Oh no hot 🔥 running water. Location is good... But there were few construction in progress with noise......the blanket smells like old hockey bag....Ah tv... Without remote....
