I stayed at Sunshine Beach Da Nang and unfortunately would not return.

The room itself was acceptable. Cleanliness was decent, and the stove worked fine. However, several basic amenities were not functional: the washing machine and microwave did not work at all, which was frustrating for a longer stay.

Another issue was hygiene and comfort — I saw a lizard in my bathroom every night. While this may be common in the area, it’s still something travelers should be aware of.

The biggest problem was the staff behavior. One female staff member was kind, sweet, and accommodating, and she agreed to a late checkout at 1 pm instead of 12. Despite this, a male staff member was extremely rude and knocked on my door very aggressively during checkout, making the experience uncomfortable and upsetting.

That interaction completely ruined my stay. Because of how unprofessionally that particular staff member behaved, I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

It's like a poor maintenance hotel. No tower in room... Oh no hot 🔥 running water. Location is good... But there were few construction in progress with noise......the blanket smells like old hockey bag....Ah tv... Without remote....

Unfortunately I need to say that this was one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced throughout my Vietnam travels. Staff washers unmotivated and communicative. Rooms were super basic, no room service included. Location was great- plenty of shops around and close to the ocean.

Had a very nice stay here. Modern and clean room with a great bathroom. Located in a very nice neighborhood and the staff was very helpful! Really enjoyed my stay here!

Very nice and clean room and bathroom, especially for that price. Blackout curtains are a huge plus. Good location, near the beach and a bunch of mini marts.

My only small complaint is that the walls are thin and sometimes you hear the kids playing piano downstairs quite loudly. That said, this is an excellent hotel. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 months and I loved it. The room and bathroom are extremely clean and housekeeping comes daily. It is 3 blocks to the beach. The owners are kind and give great suggestions. The family is always attentive and ready to help the guest.

Need a scooter? This place rents them as well. Stop by the coffee shops in the area and experience real DaNang. Around the corner is Karma Waters that has excellent vegan food!

This is a nice and cute hotel run by a very nice family. The neighborhood is quiet with many choices for food including a good bánh mì cart just outside the front door and good coffee across the street. You will enjoy staying there.
