Grand Jeep Hotel Danang in Da Nang

The hotel met my expectations, offering a decent, clean, and tidy room. The cleaning staff maintained high standards, and the shower and bed provided comfort. The hotel staff and security personnel were consistently friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciate Rowen's assistance in teaching us basic Vietnamese; her efforts were invaluable. While the breakfast buffet was not entirely to my personal taste, I believe extending the closing time could enhance the guest experience. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent stay for the duration of our 16-day visit.

Location is not quite in the thick of the tourist area but it is quieter and has a more local feel. Great value for money with a breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Very nice reception staff yhat arranged our tour to Ba Na Hills.

Ha helped me during the check-out process and she was very knowledgeable. Her customer service was excellent and she was extremely helpful.
I would like to thank her and the hotel team for such a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed my two nights there and felt very comfortable.

I liked the hotel. Overall impressions are good. Let's go through the pros and cons.

Pros.
What I liked first of all is the price. Second, a very good breakfast. I rarely have breakfast, but here the selection is genuinely strong. Something new appears every day. The food is good quality, including the fruit, and everyone can find what suits them. Breakfast is served until 9:30, which is convenient for those who wake up early -- like me.

Another plyus is the room itself. I specifically chose a corner room with large glass and windows facing the street. That's probably it for the positives.

Cons.
The main downside is poor cleaning -- more precisely, it's almost nonexistent. I noticed that in Vietnam cleaning in general is done quite badly. They mostly just come to change towels, which I personally don't need every day. But washing the floor requires a special request. So overall, the housekeeping quality is low. The bed linen was not changed even once during the week, and no one asked whether I wanted it changed or not. This is something to keep in mind.

Another minus is that it's a bit noisy because it's a corner room. In the morning, noise starts early: people, motorbikes, cars, and frequent honking at the intersections. This sound can carry into the room and wake you up.

Another negative point is the hot water. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes you have to wait, and it remains barely warm, and you simply don't get proper hot water. So for those who like hot showers, keep this in mind.

Overall, I liked the hotel for the price it's offered at. It's probably worth exactly what it costs, and it's a good deal. I hope this review is useful. And yes, the internet is actually very good -- there were no issues with connectivity or performance.

Stayed with my family during our vacation in Da Nang. The male receptionist (didn’t manage to get his name) was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Affordable place with great location👍🏻
