The hotel is very old and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff were also rude, and they seemed to specifically target Chinese guests. If you had any tobacco products on you, they'd find all sorts of excuses to fine you 1 million Vietnamese dong. I wouldn't recommend it for Chinese travelers; the experience was terrible.

Nice hotel and good value, small walk to main Danang beach and dragon bridge and markets.
Very nice beach, plenty bars snd restaurants in every direction.
Lots to see and do, we visited Lady Buddha, Monkey Mountain, Dragon bridge fire & water display & markets. We also visited the golden bridge via cable car, this place was surreal (amazing) stunning French colonial village on the top of a mountain with temples, fair ground, brewery, bars and restrraunts and stunning views highly recommend a visit.

Consider a 3 star budget hotel, not spacious as per photos , but overall is fine. There's had a kindly and helping front desk , effectively house keeping service . But unfortunately air conditioner very warm , the remote control is not function. Water pressure is small , not really satisfied after the long walking from Ba Na hills and Hui An old city.
Somehow , water heater was not function at my checkout day. Luckily,it's my last morning, if not , for sure I will get mad on that .
Breakfast wise, it's just nice to had . Basic breakfast with helping restaurant crew.

But overall acceptable if comparing with the price .

The hotel was okay honestly. A bit smaller than what was shown in the pictures. It’s good for just laying your heads and going out. the breakfast was really good and the canteen area was clean too. We appreciated that.

Oh don’t get me started on the noise😭the cars and a bar downstairs was annoying. If you have an option to pick a room, choose one that doesn’t have the street view.

We had an incident that we did not appreciate when they came to raid our room without prior warning. We had no idea what that was but we believe that they could have communicated better. It seems like this was done on all foreign occupants and not locals. If there was an issue at the hotel or if this was a normal inspection, they could have communicated beforehand instead of banging on our door at 9am while we were on holiday! *** ! We have right our privacy as we have paid full amount.

The room is pretty basic. We stayed here for the included breakfast. However, most of the breakfast items are gone and unreplenished by 9am.

Good location, about a 15-minute walk from Dragon Bridge. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. Staff were polite, though they spoke only a little English.
