Merry Hotel in Da Nang

No it terrible

The front office was really really good people at the counter and the people who support with luggage are really amazing. I’m giving this one star review, just purely because of the arrogant attitude and the response of the person who was in charge of the restaurant and who had really bad personality of handling customers.

We stayed in gang for four nights and all the days I stayed in the hotel because it has a great view of the dragon bridge and it’s very close by and also to get food and everything it was quite convenient

On the day we went to Barna Hills they booked our cab at 7 am, so we went to the restaurant at 6:15 where it says the starting of the buffet but even at 6:45, there was only couple of dishes prepared. Everything else was just bread, and nothing was really good at that time so we went empty stomach actually

On another day, we came around like 730 and we waited like eight 830 because I saw the fried rice and the noodle was empty. So after waiting so much time I asked the person who was handling the restaurant. Are you going to refill these things because we have been waiting for sometime and he said no we are not going to refill with huge attitude so I was like really upset about. I booked this hotel with breakfast. At least I could have booked some other hotel with good Breakfast so definitely you need to work on this person and the attitude of him otherwise you will lose customers because as much as the place is really nice and the other peoples attitude and service is really good. There’s only one person needed to ruin a business so yeah that’s it

You can see the person on my video actually after he said that he won’t be refilling. Actually he removed one of the containers which had noodles you can see it’s empty on the video and also from the screenshots you can see the time it’s 8:26 am, so yeah you can decide

Trust me when I say this do not go there. They rip you off, for your money

Really bad customer service. They bring us dirty towels. We didn’t say anything because we think that is not a big deal they will change it next day and we didn’t need to use the them right away. And important things we are regularly customer here every times we back in town. But in next day the receptionist call us to pay for that towel. That really weird, and disappointed at this time. we asked to see the towel, we didn’t smell like they said we use it to clean coke. no smell of anything like food or drink in it. They still keep argue with us about that. Terrible customer service. We will never come back here. Totally not recommended.
