The stay at Haian Hotel was disappointing due to ongoing construction noise. The hotel tried to compensate with drink coupons, but this does not address the actual inconvenience. A proper solution would be to reduce the room rates during construction periods. Additionally, there were maintenance issues—water was leaking from the windows even in high-floor rooms, including the Beachfront Suite and Beachfront Twin rooms. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While the location is good, the overall experience did not meet expectations due to noise and room condition. Improvements in both pricing fairness and facility maintenance are needed.

Excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend it. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a handwritten note and decorated our room which was a lovely touch. Everything is fantastic in this hotel: location, comfort, soundproofing, breakfast, bar, staff, value and overall experience. PERFECT!

This was legit the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The personnel were consistently kind, funny and knew their stuff. The restaurant was great. Location was as good as it gets. Thuy/Alina made it extra good, also helping me at the Sticky Rice Folding event before Tết. Would come again.

My wife and I stayed at Haian Hotel in Da Nang, right near My Khe Beach. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable.

The location is excellent walking distance to An Thuong and just across the road from My Khe Beach. Hotel amenities were good, and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Also the breakfast was fantastic. selection was a bit limited, and it would be better with more bakery items and more Western options.

Hotel is very convenient ,just in front of My Khe beach.
Good spread of delicious food in Bfast buffet .
Easily accessible to anywhere via Grab or walking distance.
Very good hospitality by GRO team esp Eiri ( she is very kind and helpful- ask her for local recommendations ) and thank you for the surprise :)
Many spa and restaurants nearby :)

Located right on the beach but right now it has building sites either side of it luckily they weren’t too noisy. Breakfast buffet was good, always fully stocked.

We stayed here one night enjoying the sea . The hotel is located just opposite to the beach and you can walk there . Our room can enough 180 sea view . They also provide free afternoon tea and the breakfast has many choices . Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner , super tasty and affordable. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you visit Dnang.

The location of this hotel is excellent,just across is the beach.and the rooms make sure to get beachfront view.
