The Watermark Beachside Hotel in Hoi An

This is the best place to stay in An Bang. The boutique hotel has the ideal location - a one minute barefoot walk to the beach. Once at the beach enjoy Phuongs amazing food and service while reclining on a sun bed. The sea here is beautiful and safe. Then totter back to the Watermark for a juice or cocktail in the shade of the swimming pool. It’s run by two local sisters who go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a lovely time. Delicious breakfast included - eggs anyway you like them etc. stunning. Love love love.

The staff here are amazing so helpful.Close to the beach and away from the bars it's a perfect location. Enjoyed the breakfast and the room we had was spacious and very clean

The Watermark experience was so special. The Hostess Tanya is amazing! She runs this boutique hotel and her local staff with professional ease and personal care and is ready to help guests with any and all their needs. She can advise on many opportunities such as: local eateries, provide spa and massage options, tourist opportunities and recommend transport to places of interest. The Watermark has easy access to the local beach and the local shopping street. Tanya is also a skilled designer and seamstress and can advise on clothing, materials and styles and where to go for haberdashery needs as well as. She is a very talented gem!

We’ve just enjoyed our second stay at The Watermark with our group of friends booking the whole hotel. We had absolutely the best time due to Tanya and Ha’s outstanding hospitality. Some of us have a particular interest in sewing and Tanya was able to source wonderful experiences for us including a great excursion to Danang where we went crazy in a small haberdashery shop. It was so much fun. Our whole group loved the lantern making class which Tanya organised at the hotel. Our group also had so much fun ordering, fitting and modelling clothes at the hotel. Tanya is very skilled in designing and adapting to everyone’s needs. Best week ever. We’ll be back next year.

The perfect place to stay at An Bang Beach. The hotel is a short walk away and offers excellent amenities. Tanya, the Manager, and her sister, Ha provide fantastic service, always going above and beyond to satisfy any needs or queries. They help source anything you want, and have considerable knowledge and contacts, especially when it comes to made to order clothing. Tanya is also able to organise transport, excursions and anything else that you might want to do. I look forward to being able to visit again sometime.

Our stay at the Watermark was wonderful. The hotel was clean and safe, the staff were amazing. Thuy and Ha gave us great recommendations to eat and things to do and we loved what they suggested. They were always attentive to our needs and really looked after us. The watermark is a beautiful hotel and in a great location just down from the beach but close enough to Hoi An. thank you very much for our stay and looking after us. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at the Watermark Beachside Hotel on An Bang Beach in Hoi An! From the very beginning we felt at home - the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always eager to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was a real highlight! The day before you should choose what you would like to have the next day. We were particularly impressed that everything was so fresh and tasty, perfect for a relaxed start to the day. The location of the hotel is ideal: just a few steps from the beautiful An Bang Beach, but also quiet enough to relax. You can be in Hoi An in about 10 minutes by cab. The rooms were clean and comfortable A big thank you to the whole team who made our stay very special with their warmth and attention. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone and are already looking forward to our next visit

Had a brilliant stay at this wonderful hotel. Tui and Ha were wonderful hosts and very friendly and helpful. Great location, wonderful breakfasts, lovely pool and fantastic rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Everything about our stay was perfect and if ever in Vietnam again would definitely choose the Watermark as our perfect hotel to stay in

Lovely clean, spacious and bright rooms. Nice social and outdoor spaces. Great location between the beach and main road.
What makes this property extra special is the 2 sisters that manage it. They will help you with anything you need including transport, day trips, restaurants, etc. They make the place warm and inviting, which makes it feel like home.
