Rooms: very clean and spacious. My room can watch sunset right at the balcony.
Rooftop: beautiful. Infinity pool is a good size and charming.
Service: Excellent. I am lucky to bump into nice staff, namely huy (lobby & lounge,), Tai (waiter at rooftop). Esp. Dong, ( front desk) who did a very good job and was helpful who arranged technician to fix the shower host problem efficiently.
Breakfast is sufficient and the egg station - Phap who did a good job! Also the crew greeted guest with smiles.
Facilities: however, gym on the small size. Sauna required advanced booking.
Good job! I will highly recommend to my friends. Keep up the superb services!
The only small issue we experienced was with the lift. At times, when selecting the 1st floor, it would take us all the way up instead, and there were a few moments where we had to wait a couple of minutes for it to arrive. It was a bit annoying, but honestly just a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience.
We would definitely recommend staying here!
Service is great with willing and approachable proactive staff.
Buffet optional, albeit i favor the variety of walking distance neighbouring street vendors. Again location is excellent for local food, laundry, local sim card etc.
