Jolia Hotel Danang Beach in Da Nang

Great location. Quiet at night. Unfortunately, like everywhere else in the city, there's a construction site right next door.

I love this hotel and the location is so convenient. Our room has a relaxing ambiance and definitely worth the price. Wish we could go back here someday! 🙂

Had a warm welcome and got offered to a bigger room. happy with the service and facilities despite the construction noise beside the hotel.

Noise all day every day. Unfortunately a big construction site next door and drilling started at 7am everyday including Sunday. The hotel offered to refund me but that was not helpful at the last minute. Otherwise the room was great and staff is kind, but as long as the construction is going on it's rough.

No problems at all. Clean, good location, good shower, aircon and WiFi, comfy bed. Okey sound proofing: could hear neighbour watching TV but only faintly.

Only stayed one night, but would definitely come back and I recommend. Very nice people, very clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool/outside gym.

Great value for money! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities. Staff were kind and helpful. Perfect for a short stay or travel on a budget. The only thing we didnt like was the construction going on. It would wake us all up.

I stayed for a week. The receptionist was very kind, polite, and had a lovely demeanor, which was great. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I didn't encounter any problems at all. There were several Japanese restaurants, Korean food places, and an onigiri shop, so I was very satisfied with the food options. Tour meeting points were also often within walking distance from the hotel, which was another plus. As of mid-January 2026, construction next door starts at 7 AM, so you'll definitely be woken up by the noise even without an alarm. We were out every day, so it didn't bother us at all, but those who want to sleep in might find it disruptive. The construction workers were right outside our window, so we had to keep the curtains closed even during the day. I've stayed at several other hotels in this area for a similar price before, but this one had plenty of space. The shower booth was large, and the sink was outside the bathroom, which was convenient because one person could shower or use the toilet while another could wash their hands or brush their teeth. The cleanliness of the wet areas and the floors was also a big plus. Only bath towels and a bath mat were provided, but when I asked, they brought face towels. The TV could access YouTube, and the air conditioning worked well. Amenities like toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shampoo, and body soap were also available, which was nice.

It’s located in a smaller street so the noise you hear is from construction in the daytime. No noise at night and I was in the 3rd floor. It’s the south end is Korea town but we walked about 5 minutes East and the prices for massage dropped drastically. We continued walking east to find great street food including this banh mi cart. We bought sandwiches from them 3 separate times.

The room was cozy and very clean, with no signs of mold. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by markets, restaurants and pretty much whatever you need. Definitely recommend it!
