Where to stay in Da Nang

The room was quite small, and the window faced directly into another hotel’s guest rooms, which required keeping the curtains closed for privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, making the stay less comfortable.

Stella Maris is located walking distance to My Khe beach and My Hanh Seafood restaurant. My sisters & I had a very good time there. They immediately accommodated our request for extra beds as one of my sisters originally not included in this trip was able to join us. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost. We booked the Junior Suite Ocean View room and it is very good. The room is quite big and clean. The location is very good and also the service is excellent. The only thing that I can complain is the noise from the street in the early morning, it was quite annoying especially for light sleeper. The breakfast is very good though.

The room was quite spacious, like a suite, with a sofa and a coffee table. It was also very quiet, and the beach was within walking distance. It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't see the sea and just headed straight to Ba Na Hills the next day.

The hotel is clean and the service is great. There are several leisure streets just a few blocks downstairs. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

This hotel is located right by Da Nang beach, just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the location is great. The hotel also sells tickets for trips to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, which is good value for money. The front desk staff, CHI, was excellent; she spoke English, Chinese, and Vietnamese and was very welcoming.

The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue. Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam.

Pros: the hotel is very cheap (super low room rates), has huge rooms with a nice sea view, it is close to the beach, bars, spas, etc. Cons: very bad smell in the bathroom, poor housekeeping services (the room was not clean, especially the balcony), awful breakfast (better to have no breakfast than this one) and fantastic violation of the basic security rules: the safety box was not screwed to the wall...

Room is spacious and able to see the night view across dragon bridge and able to see the fire shownas well from our hotel room. Hotel also did provide us with esr plugs due to the the honking of vehicles which we didn't use as we were able to sleep through the noise

Hotel is in a great location, not far from some attractions and the view was spectacular. Super big bath tub, nice hot water pressure, big comfortable bed. The tv works great. Issue is that the street noise gets pretty loud but they provide earplugs but maybe heavier curtains? And the situation with the bath tub and shower was confusing, I got water everywhere without realizing. Overall great place...

The room view is extraordinary and a convenient location , walking distance to the dragon bridge & son tra night market. Food in the hotel not much of a choice and normal taste. But only 1 thing u guys need to check is your room door, my room door is not fully locked when we are out , and it can be open without a room card. It’s very dangerous. Pls check before u stay in .

I had a great experience staying at Savouna Hotel in Da Nang. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. An ok hotel at a low cost. This hotel is probably a 2, maybe 3 star hotel at best. The price was good and the room seemed fairly clean. But something about the room made me very uncomfortable. The shower was a let down, a bit grubby. There was foul smell on arrival which cleared up after an hour or so. There were toothbrushes there but no soap available by the sink, only the shower… which is close...

A good hotel for the price. It's not brand new, but certainly not run-down. The staff are very polite and friendly, always ready to assist. Housekeeping was done daily. Hotel Breakfast is massive with varieties of foods to accommodate all ethics of tourist; location is great and only few hundreds meter to dragon bridge and night market. room a bit outdated but manageable i would say decent i do enjoys staying at this hotel and would recommend for everyone

Close to My khe beach, the room is ok of 3 star standard. A mini mart in the basement, plainty of eateries nearby, also close to the night market on the beach.

Our room type had two 1.6-meter beds, and we slept really well – perfect for a family of three. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 30-second walk to My Khe Beach. Everything else was pretty good too.

The service was warm and friendly, and the location is great. The massage parlor behind the hotel was also very good. It's right next to My Khe Beach; you just have to go downstairs and cross the road to get there. The breakfast was also good, with fresh squeezed juice available.

Honestly the rooms are quite dated in need of new paint and carpets, the bed was nice and comfortable. Staff were very polite and obliging. Decent breakfast.
