Chicland Hotel Danang in Da Nang

We were staying for 5 days. We had a room with balcony, and a room without balcony. Here‘s the summary:

Room with balcony:
- the balcony is an absolute scam! You can not sit outside because it‘s so tiny! It is not a real balcony! Charging extra money is absolutely brazen!
Also consider, that the sealings of the „Balcony“-Door are trash! So you can hear the noise from outside very good! It has to be mentioned that there is a big construction right next to the hotel!

Room without balcony:
More spacious and you pay less money. The windows are better isolated (in terms of noise).

General Impression:
There is a construction site next to the hotel. They start quite early (sometimes at 5:15am). If you don‘t have a very deep sleep - you‘re screwed…
The cleanliness is so so! There were fingerprints on the toilet door and the floor probably have seen a mop many weeks ago… this really should be improved.
There was also once a fire alarm at 2 o‘clock in the Morning. According to the staff, it was because of a smoking guest… well!

Staff in general was friendly and helpful.
