Easy 5 stars our stay was phenomenal. Great location and actually clean. If you’ve been traveling around Southeast Asia long enough (in more budget accommodations) this is a breath of fresh air for the following seemingly small but hard to find reasons:
-it’s actually clean (not just looks clean with a gritty floor and dust everywhere)
-little to no mosquitos
-quiet street
-bath mat upon leaving shower/room is a clean towel, not a filthy doormat that’s collected weeks to years of dirt
-it’s a dry bathroom!! As in has a shower door that closes so the bathrooms not constantly soaked
Plus the beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Location and price are excellent! Friendly staff as well.

It’s a decent place for the price and a $0.70 Grab ride to the Imperial City. I needed a night bus to Hanoi and they arranged one for me at a good price with a pickup at the hotel. Super easy. They’re very nice. I also stored my bags there after checkout before the bus arrived that night so I can explore the city with ease.

The staff is lovely, the woman at the reception was really helpful!
The rooms are nice, the bathroom is a bit small but for that price is okay!
Also the room are a bit noisy if there are noisy guests ( kids ecc)
But very nice stay for a few days.
The hotel is at the end of a little street.
Hue is beautiful.
By the way, we didn't like that there were drinks in the fridge with no mention of them at check-in.
When we checked out they asked if we took any and charged us for them...
It would’ve been nice to know upfront when we arrived.

The Times Hotel offers an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with all essential amenities. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. If I have the chance to visit Hue City again, I will definitely return to this hotel. This is the best choice I’ve experienced when visiting Hue!

One of the best and cheapest hotel we've been in Vietnam with my girlfriend. Really nice service, clean room and really decent price. We recommend at 100% !

This hotel is prone to overbooking. On our first day, we were told all our rooms were booked and offered a simpler hotel 3 km away from the area where this sapphire was listed.
From reviews, I understand this practice is not uncommon. Even if you pre-paid for your room, you could be in for an unpleasant surprise.
The hotel itself, in a tourist area, is fine, but the overall experience is marred by overbooking by the hotel staff.

The hotel does not clean the room without notifying the reception. Cleaning should be done every day when guests go out. Breakfast is quite good, one portion per person, if you order more, there is a charge of 25k/portion. The hotel is flexible and has an extra charge for early or late check out.

It was okay to stay for 2 or 3 nights.

The hotel was clean upon arrival, and the reception staff were friendly. The rooms also seemed tidy at first glance. That evening, when we were in bed, we both suddenly felt very itchy and went to investigate. Bedbugs had stains all over the bed. There was also a mattress in the hallway with infected spots. The staff were aware of the problem, but nothing was done about it! After reporting the problem, we were given two other rooms, but both had the same problem (see attached photos). We left in the middle of the night because we found it absolutely disgusting. The next day, we asked for a refund (we had booked two nights), but they were very difficult about it, and the owner was completely unhelpful. She wanted to see a positive review before giving us a partial refund. Ridiculous! We will never stay here again!

Disappointed with the whole thing. The manager smiles at you upon arrival to sell you excursions and nothing more until departure to ask you for a good rating. The breakfast is crap. The rooms smell musty and there is mold on the walls. To sum up, I do not recommend it.
