Happy!
I felt comfortable here. Felt like homestay but with privacy. Spacious room, really large. Friendly staff, always nice faces. Good location, close to but not on the main tourist street. Cheap price, compared to other hotels. Will come again, even if it rains.

The room was cramped, the landlady was unpleasant, and during the April 30th holiday in Hue, it was cold and rainy. When I went down to ask for an extra blanket, she said it was too hot and didn't need one, then gave me a bedsheet. Later, when I went down to ask for a change, she finally gave it to me. I will not be coming back.

My room was a double room, 900k VND per night. It had air conditioning, hot water, and a TV... but it was small, with a 1.2m bed. The owner was a bit grumpy and not very friendly to guests. I went during a busy holiday, making it hard to find a place to stay, and it was raining, so I just went in anyway. I won't be returning.

Overall, the room was okay, but the laundry service was terrible. They didn't iron, and my white shirts were stained with color. When I complained, they replied, "We don't do laundry," which is completely irresponsible.
