The hotel receptionist is very deceitful. I have agreed on a price with the night receptionist about staying overtime and agreed on a price(12h-17h30). Then at 12 o'clock, the morning receptionist informed me to check out. If I stay overtime, the price will be higher. In the afternoon, the afternoon receptionist informed me that the price is even higher(=price 1d). Very disrespectful to customers, terrible experience.

They called to urge as if they wanted to chase away the guests. The guests paid in full, it wasn't free, but they had such an attitude of chasing away the guests.

Poor soundproofing, very noisy

Nice place to stay for a brief visit Hue. The rooms are quite small which is normal. It’s in a nice location that’s walkable and close to everything. The bathroom we had also functioned as a shower which is either nice or not depending on how you see it. Overall I would stay here again no problem.

Great stay!
Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels.

We had a short but great stay. Mr. Pham, the owner, is super friendly, very good english, and helped us with food and transportation. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious (largest room so far on our trip, we are three adults, me and my two sons). We loved the food in Hue. So many options just outside our door or short walk. Great location for foodies!

Liked room designed , its cozy, but hot water ran out after 20 minutes of showel. The bathroom towels not really smell fleshes...

A normal hotel is located at the end of a walking street. But you need to take into account that there is no cafe in the hotel, essentially an ordinary homestay. I lived in a room that faces the main street, it could be noisy
