Quiet fantastic room, extremely walkable to sites, great bathroom with hot water and great shower pressure. Super clean, amenities offered along with fridge, room cleaning daily if needed.
The owner was exceptional, she organised two tours for me that were fantastic value.
450 vnd for a whole day car or bike transport to 3 tombs, Incense shop and pagoda! No time limit. A great driver too.
Also 300 vnd for a full siteseeing tour including English guide, from Hue to Hoi An. She really made the trip so easy and enjoyable for me. Always greeted me with a smile. Absolutely loved this place. It's super quiet too at night. There is some construction in the day but it finishes at 7pm latest.
Amazing food options nearby. Highly recommend the family restaurant next door for the best options and Namsta coffee for a relaxed snack and drink.

Cannot understand the high rating or maybe we were just not lucky. The room was and smelled mouldy, you cannot close the window, very outdated, but at least it was clean. You get what you pay for. Location is good.

Very bad experience! They are doing renovation and they started to work before 7 am and continued all mornings. I haven’t been able to have any sleep at all. This is the point of having a hotel room? A good quality sleep, everything else it’s just a plus. Plus when I told them about it, they started to blame the one next door, when I saw them working on the intermediate floors when I left the room at 9am. Very disrespectful and non professionals.

Staff was great and accommodating. I loved the location, easy to walk to resturants and shops and you can get a Grab easily. I also liked having an AC and fan opinion since during my visit in Dec. 2025 the fan was enough. I stayed 2 nights.

Obviously I didn't stay in 5 star hotel. Yet, for the value of money, it'll be hard to beat this place. My room was maintained very well.
There are good restaurants nearby. Bothe river and Walking street were close enough(~7 min walk)
The best thing about this place is the owner. She always greets you with a smile. She booked a bus (cheaper one) to Pakse, Lao for me with no
hassle. I wish her well.
I'll use this hotel when I return to Hue.

The hotel is bigger than looking from outside. My room is beyond my expectation after spending two nights in another hotel on the same street. Room looks new. The bed is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Hotel has a lift so no problem with 4th floor. Very satisfied with stay.

This hotel is the worst! Due to the flooding the city was not reachable. Now the hotel don’t want to give us our money back. That’s just rude! Never again, no customer care at all…

Great hotel at a great location at the right price. Hoang and the rest of the staff did an excellent job making sure we feel welcomed. Highly recommended!!
