I am very happy with my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff are nice, especially the manager. Very easy to talk to them. Location is convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again when I return to Sap

I am traveling with kids and elderly , the stay was amazing, the owner are friendly 👍
Good location, near to the restaurants and souvenirs shops, it is walking distance from the hotel.
The room is clean and tidy, I booked the room that has balcony on the 5th floor and the view is the mountains 😍the room is also spacious.
The only feedback is the floor at the bathroom quite slippery , just be careful if you guys traveling with the kids.
Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were orinally assigned to a room that had a little problem with the airconditioning. I contacted the owner and told him about the issue. He immediately sent one of his staff to our room to check our situation. After a while, he offered us to move to a different room that has a better ac unit and from that moment, our stay had been amazing! The room is big enough for a family of 3 (son-6yo). The window mountain view was so beautiful! And the breakfast really filled out tummies! The staff speaks English pretty well and always asked if we needed any help. I’d stay here again when I go back to Sapa in the future!

Nice little hotel which provides daily breakfast and amazing views from room balconies. The rooms are spacious and we had 2 adjoining rooms for our family if 4. The staff are pleasant and friendly, able to converse in English and provide information on tours and bus / cabs . They can also arrange treks . Hotel is conveniently located on main road and leads into main town area by walking 5-10mins . Free wifi provided

Very helpful staff, breakfast was superb and room was very spacious. Just the tree blocking the fantastic view but overall excellent service and amenities.

So we booked this hotel as it had a kitchen and we are vegetarians and travelling with a fussy 8 year old. Overall hotel had good reviews so we went. Pros - rooms exactly like the photos - location was a not central but easy 10 min walk and right in the market with easy access to stuff - good service and clean Enjoyed the lovely tub, 2 large beds in spacious room, a drink in the balcony. Cons - limited breakfast, same each day and just a few items. Not buffet but set menu. - no one at reception most of the time. But the lady running it was responsive. - view is back side of kk Sapa hotel so can’t see the magnificent valley, just sides of mountain Overall satisfied, met most of our requirements and would stay agin for the price.it’s a new hotel, just 2 yrs old probably.
