Was old and creepy. Room was old, no heater during winter season, mind you it reached 0 degrees during winter here. The WC was just old and dirty. The towels are just small and the place just felt old and dirty. Was here on a tour.

Clean hotel in a great busy location. Most staff speak English and are very helpful and informative. Breakfast is good with variety of foods

I stayed at this property for 2 days ; the price point and service it was excellent value. The manager mr OK Nguyen and front desk Ms Ngoc were both helpful and provided excellent service- recommending spa treatment and organising, best cafes to chill! In addition the ambience of hotel is good- great breakfast , rooms are large, bathrooms are generous in size, and fairly quiet. I had balcony which allowed to nice morning and evening views. Cute cafe on top floor. Walking distance to most key points -restaurants, some sights, stores and places to just sonder. The have onsite spa plus newer one in town.

Stay in this hotel at Sapa with a group of friends from Malaysia. Nice, clean and all in order. The rooms provided what you required such as amenities, coffee and tea facilities and much more. Located nearby city.

I recently stayed at the Relax Hotel & Spa in Sapa with my friend for a night on July 4, 2024. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from downtown and loads of restaurants. We loved the breakfast buffet - the spread was amazing and the food was delicious! The front desk staff were super friendly and courteous too. We'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Sapa.

Super little hotel situated in the middle of Sapa. Booked an Executive room. The room was clean, had a tub and most of the basic requirments, Was very close to the Sapa square, Sapa station to Fansipan and had a lot of eating and massage places. The breakfast was free and had a variety of options. The roof top of the hotel has amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Sapa.

Great location and the room is warm when cold out. Cozy room as well with nice view of the street. Staff is friendly and they gave us a free gift at the end of our stay. Near to everywhere in Sapa. I would come back to this place again. Breakfast buffet was also good.

I love this hotel. It’s located in a great location within walking distances of the Sapa Stations and other places. There are a lot of good restaurants near by. The stuff are helpful. The room is beautiful and comfy bed. You can enjoy the sky bar while you wait for your room.

For a three star hotel in Sa Pa you cannot go wrong with it. The service is five star and many thanks especially to the concierge team. They did everything for us which gave us comfort with everything that was booked. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was as described. They even haggled down my taxi transfer price with the taxi company for me. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was excellent (and enormous) and room service cleaned up after us every day. The location was great and we walked around the town from there. There is a Spa on site but we used their linked spa near the market and the massage was great. Sa Pa is often cloud bound so we did not get to experience the views from the Sky Bar but I am sure they will be great in a clear day. Breakfast had what we wanted and filled us up for our hike, so all good there also.

Staying here is the best decision,, friendly staff always helpfull. Just a walking distance from Sun Plaza. The Sun Plaza is the place you can buy ticket to go Fansipan. The breakfast is good, room is spacious and clean. Many people stay here
