A very affordable hotel near Hanoi-Sapa bus station.
Last March, I was arrived at this hotel around 4AM (since J took bus trip from Hanoi to Sapa at night, and since 11PM, I contacted by the hotel receptionist when we will arrive. The receptionist was so accommodative. He sent his phone number so we can call him when we arrived and can do the checkin.
The hotel room was clean. The furnitures seem old, but still in a good condition. Luckily I got the big room, that has a big window to the indoor open area.
Love the hospitality so much! Thank you!

The hotel is clean and hygienic. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby for shopping convenience. There is a lake nearby and a night market, making it a great choice for walking in the evening. The service attitude is good. It is close to the Sapa bus station and is convenient for free travel. 😘

All staffs are very helpful and sincere even we have stayed there for only one night.

Very bad experience there. Room was very small, view on the lake was partial. We didn't even have the (included) breakfast as it looked really bad. Lots of noise in the corridor with other guests keeping the door open and letting the kids out. The manager didn't do much about it. Last but not least: no water this morning. Other than that, the room decoration was nice and the bed was comfortable.

This boutique hotel by the lake is a great place to stay for a few nights in Sapa. Well maintained and professional service. It basically has everything that a guest would need.

The staff is amazing and friendly and tried their best to help but but the room was dirty, smelly and noisy. The breakfast was basic but tasty. The only good thing about the hotel is the photos on the website which is misleading. Avoid if possible.

Very hospitality staff. Room is clean, and up to standard. Can also ask for renting a bike from reception the the staff will call the agency to bring the bike to the hotel.

Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.

Internet led me here for a pizza. Cheez is lumpy and everything falls apart. Doesn't taste good nor look appealing. We should turned back when we saw the left over pizzas on other tables. Good for view but my experience was a disaster with bad service.

Amazing service and food here! We ordered the black chicken hot pot and it was very healthy and delicious. Great after a long cold day in the mountains. Service here is outstanding. We had only 45 mins to be in and out and they helped us with everything.
They also call a taxi for you if you need it location is also great. Highly recommend coming here if you are not familiar with Vietnamese food in sapa. They speak English!

We are a group of 15 having dinner at this restaurant. Staff are not well trained. Ordered a bottle of red wine and some tea...but tea was not served despite multiple reminders.
Red wine was also not served after we half way through the dinner. Finally we had to cancel it.
Ordered 2 grilled salmon but only one was served. Also had to cancel it as everyone has no mood to wait for the other order.
Asked them to clean the table before serving dessert but they didn't. Desserts were served in the mess of the table. Went to remind the person in charge and he was impatient and raised his voice.
Food wise also so so only - we ordered steak, soup, chicken chop, lasagna...all don't taste like authentic western food.
Desserts are also not up to the expectation.
Overall dining experience is below average.

I went in the morning for a coffee and it's the best espresso in Sapa, and the sandwich is spectacular. We decided to go for dinner and it was the best decision we made. Highly recommended. Thank you for the service and your lovely smiles.

Not sure about the rooms, but the food was delicious! We went with a big group and food was served when we arrived(our guide handled). We had some sort of banana salad, chicken, lamb, and egg rolls(amazing). The lemon water was also delicious!
