Nice hotel, great staff. Clean rooms. Close to downtown. We had 2 nights in a Lake view room with a terrace on the top floor which was lovely and had another 2 nights on 3rd floor with balcony and a small view of the lake. Would stay there again.

I rarely do reviews but I decided that everyone should know about the hotel practices as it has cause us alot of inconvenience and bad experience.

We did not even managed to stay after booking 2 month in advance. Payment was also collected.

Hotel staff told us hotel was full when we arrive at the hotel at 9pm.

We had to find a hotel in the middle of the night after a long bus ride. Book with caution and be prepared to go thru the same experience.

Don't bother to book since both bookings that we made separately were cancelled without prior notice. Only got informed when we tried to check in at 11pm. Almost didn't have a place to stay for the night and all other hotels in Sapa were fully booked. Think they sold our room since we didn't check in until late. Don't recommend.

The best nights sleep I had in Vietnam.

The rooms are big, well presented and clean. Mattresses are thick soft foam mattresses. Private bathrooms are clean and modern with toiletries. Air conditioning works well and the unit 403 didn't drip water or make noise. Free water, tea and coffee provided.

Location is very good, within walking distance of the lake and all the barbecue stalls. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only things to be aware of is that there is a very loud exercise class held next door in the late afternoon and in room 503 I could hear the water tank filling up (knocking) but I've let the team know about that one and hopefully they can insulate the noise.

This a new hotel. The best thing about it is it's in a quiet street. It's also been made quiet by thick noise blocking windows. The bath rooms are luxurious and the staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this place over some of the others we stayed at or looked at in Sapa.

We ate in the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and grilled duck with cheese. Both good tastying. The portions aren't very big.

Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.
