This is an excellent hotel. I highly recommend it. This is what I loved about this hotel: The staff will go out of their way to help us out. They let us check in a bit earlier and then they have a room available for a shower if you leave late at night. breakfast is excellent see video. The Wi-Fi is very high speed and quality.

The manager speaks great English and is incredibly helpful in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. I stayed on the 1st floor and the view was absolutely stunning. Plus, the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas.

Only had breakfast here which was very good. But the views were amazing. Imagine a room would be so much better.

Really good view of the mountains (when not cloudy..) Staff is really helpful and able to speak english.

There was no heating in the rooms. It was 6°C inside and very humid. Do not recommend to stay here in winter: avoid!

There was no heating in the hotel, so our room was very cold and very humid. I do not recommend to stay here during winter

Would not recommend to stay in their dorms at winter time. The room gets very very cold and humid! Wasn’t very clean & they asked us to pay for towels.

I did not stay in her hotel but have dinner with her and her lovely family. It’s a simple dinner but it’s authentic and daily food that local Vietnamese people eat. She’s very kind and helpful. Extremely welcoming as well. Go join her trips and have dinner with her and her family. They will definitely enjoy your company and same for you!
